Want to get in the Zone? The Discraft Zone is a slim putter with a thick rim (1.2cm) that gives you something to hold on to. This is a very overstable putter that is good for headwinds, strategic fades, forehand throws, flick putts, and slamming into chains at just the right angle. Many Discraft enthusiasts will have a Zone in their bag as a putter that gets them out of a situation where a flick, or sidearm putt or approach shot is their only option. Being so overstable, this disc can handle the torque that a flick will put on it! The Zone is considered one of the best Discraft Discs available today.

got this to replace a really beat up Focus (Jawbreaker) and really love it. had intended it being a putter only until i tried it in the field and realized it flies great. Holds any line I put it on and glides well but sets down with out much drama. I can throw this just about the same as my Mids (Buzzz and Roc) so is a go to for approaches. only issue i have (not worth pulling a star tho) is the clear Z with the flag dye can be a pain to find in higher grass.

I had held off trying a Zone, because I knew that I would like it and it would require reexamining my mid and putter lineup when I did. That was not wrong. It's a fantastic approach disc, HSS enough to take a hard forehand, but not so LSS to be an unuseable meat hook. I could easly attack a course on a single disc round with this guy and feel confindent i would have all of the shot shapes covered. Forehand it really shines, but backhand it's easy to steer as well. Overall it's a really great disc. Not sure if/when it will go in my bag, but it could easily be anyones go to approach disc.
