Want to get in the Zone? The Discraft Zone is a slim putter with a thick rim (1.2cm) that gives you something to hold on to. This is a very overstable putter that is good for headwinds, strategic fades, forehand throws, flick putts, and slamming into chains at just the right angle. Many Discraft enthusiasts will have a Zone in their bag as a putter that gets them out of a situation where a flick, or sidearm putt or approach shot is their only option. Being so overstable, this disc can handle the torque that a flick will put on it! The Zone is considered one of the best Discraft Discs available today.

Reading through the reviews, there isn't much left to say...but, I've been throwing the Zone for a while.  Started with a D line, went to an ESP and now only throw Z line or Ti Zones.  I love the new Ledgestone Ti and Ti FLX Zones.

I love flat topped discs and I've had an on/off love affair with Westside's Harp.  The Zone and the Harp are so much alike they are almost interchangeable.  But, there's something about the Zone that keeps it in my bag.  It's the consistent release while forehanding.  Every once in a while, the Harp will hang up/misfire coming out of my hand.  Doesn't matter which plastic, it's something I'm constantly making myself aware of when I'm forehanding it....and it's caused some unnecessary strokes when I didn't focus on my grip.  But the Zone is like a no-brainer, pick it up, grip and rip.  Release is clean, I never have to think about it because I know it's firing without a hitch.  But I still love my Harps and would never try to steer someone away from a Harp, they are another fantastic disc.

The Zone is a great utility disc, for short overstable drives, to spike / skip upshots, to putting into the wind, to touch forehands to get you out of trouble...the Zone is the real deal.

It took me 3 throws to know I immediately wanted this disc in my bag, and after 10+ rounds it's stayed in there for good. I throw a P2 as my main stable throwing putter, but when I need something with a little extra beef and possibly a skip I grab the Zone. It absolutely will not move in the wind, but it's not as overstable as maybe a Justice is. It's a really good utility approach disc for me, especially for touch shots or touch forehands. I used a harp for this shot initially, but for some reason I just never 100% committed to the feel of it and how it came out of my hand. This is the Titanium Ledgestone Edition Zone

The Titanium Ledgestone edition Zone is not only one of the best looking discs on the market, but also one of the most consistent. This disc is one of the best approach and short drive discs on the market. It's overstable, and so reliable that you know it will always finish left and won't turn over. It glides well and stays straight enough that I'm able to get about 240 feet of distance consistently with my normal control throw.

One of the things I like best about the Titanium edition Ledgestone Discraft Zone is that it works well for me for either forehand or backhand throws. I have to carry a lot of different discs because for the most part, I have forehand discs, and I have backhand discs. The Zone is one that works both ways for me. Release on a slight hyzer with a forehand throw and this disc flys perfectly straight with a mild fading right finish.

The Zone is also good for overhand get out of trouble throws. The nice thing about the overhand flight of this disc is that it almost always lands upside down for me which reduces wierd roll away directions.

I never used a Zone untill the ledgestone releases, and I feel like an idiot for waiting so long.

I've seen people call this a short range predator, and thats a fair statement. There's a few similar discs out there by other companies, but nothing compares to the feel and flight of this disc.
First thing you'll notice is the beefy rim, still comfortable and low profile though.
Flight is faster thand a 3 for sure. You can really rip into this disc, and get it to fly far. I've shot a few of mine 300-325. Stands up to wind with integrit. If you need to fill that gap between putter and midrange that needs to fade hard, this is your disc. Rim is incredibly comfortable and feels great for forehands too.

    Pros:
    Wind attacker
    Consistent flight
    Always fades
    Good for Forehand
    Great for accurate placements

    Cons:
    Sometimes too specific

The Discraft Titanium Zone is awesome. Super overstable, ultra flat top, and very consistent. This is a great flicking putter and control approach disc for those shots that you need to fade hard, but not skip past the basket.

The Dyanmic Discs Suspect is one of my very favorite discs. The Titanium Zone is very similar, but I would say slightly more overstable. This disc is a must have for anyone who likes to use forehand throws on approach shots.
