Want to get in the Zone? The Discraft Zone is a slim putter with a thick rim (1.2cm) that gives you something to hold on to. This is a very overstable putter that is good for headwinds, strategic fades, forehand throws, flick putts, and slamming into chains at just the right angle. Many Discraft enthusiasts will have a Zone in their bag as a putter that gets them out of a situation where a flick, or sidearm putt or approach shot is their only option. Being so overstable, this disc can handle the torque that a flick will put on it! The Zone is considered one of the best Discraft Discs available today.

There is literally nothing new I can contribute to the Zone conversation, I'm just here to give it 5 stars.

Huge fan of the Zone, and have bagged both ESP and CryZtal. The CryZtal is very overstable in my experience. It's great for forced anhyzer approach shots or getting around a dogleg. There's a few baskets just perched on the sides of hills at my home course and I'll just throw the CryZtal Zone out to the side and let it crash back into the cliff, and it never lets me down. High wind, no wind, whatever. However, I (pretty low power, I throw around 270 with my drivers and don't throw much above a 9 speed) had trouble getting much distance out of it.

The ESP Zone has been extremely true to numbers for me, and I've been able to get a nice amount of distance out of it. It still doesn't turn over on me, but the fade is a bit more managable and doesn't kick in until later in the flight. You can still get some nice anhyzer approaches that will fight out a bit at the end as well. I'd recommend the CryZtal Zone for players with more power, and the ESP/ for new-intermediate players still trying to throw their first 300 foot drive.
