Want to get in the Zone? The Discraft Zone is a slim putter with a thick rim (1.2cm) that gives you something to hold on to. This is a very overstable putter that is good for headwinds, strategic fades, forehand throws, flick putts, and slamming into chains at just the right angle. Many Discraft enthusiasts will have a Zone in their bag as a putter that gets them out of a situation where a flick, or sidearm putt or approach shot is their only option. Being so overstable, this disc can handle the torque that a flick will put on it! The Zone is considered one of the best Discraft Discs available today.

I have 3 Zones that I use for any shot under 250 but outside of open putting range: 1 Pro-D for those woods courses or shots that need a straighter yet reliable finish, 1 Puddled Top Swirly ESP for the stable putter forehands, and 1 LE Z Zone for over-stable backhand shots. This recipe of discs works for me because I play a ton of various courses that require all kinds of upshots, with even a few courses that play with quite a bit of wind in the fairways.

I do not putt with the Zone only because it is a bit too shallow and over-stable for my taste, but I have heard of people using Pro-D and Jawbreaker Zones for long headwind putts.

I think this disc should be in everyone's bag because it is a workhorse, especially if you have both a decent backhand and forehand game. However, I think beginners need to work on control and proper form before using this disc.

This is the OG Harp, the disc Wysocki was throwing before Westside existed. I like its slightly shallow profile better. Mine is a Swirly ESP Les White stamp puddle top with a dabbing robot on it and it is the one disc in my bag that is irreplaceable. It taught me how to do flick approaches and I reach for it when I need all the confidence I can get. It is useful in a thousand ways and I love it more than anything else in my bag.
