Want to get in the Zone? The Discraft Zone is a slim putter with a thick rim (1.2cm) that gives you something to hold on to. This is a very overstable putter that is good for headwinds, strategic fades, forehand throws, flick putts, and slamming into chains at just the right angle. Many Discraft enthusiasts will have a Zone in their bag as a putter that gets them out of a situation where a flick, or sidearm putt or approach shot is their only option. Being so overstable, this disc can handle the torque that a flick will put on it! The Zone is considered one of the best Discraft Discs available today.

    ESP GLO Details

Discraft ESP GLO plastic is a unique fundraiser and special edition blend that combines Discraft's popular ESP plastic with a Glow-in-the-Dark additive. Some colors definitely glow more than others, but many players like the feel of glow plastic, whether or not they are using it at night or not.

(Note: Not all colors glow the same -- darker colors tend not to glow, even with glow-in-the-dark additive.)

174 gram ESP Glo Zone. Nothing new to say about the Zone. It is comfortable in the ESP plastic and is great for approach shots when over stability is required. Sure there are other over stable approach discs on the market, and many of them are probably very good, but the Zone is the most popular for a reason. The only negative about this disc was poor judgement and cheapness by me. Because of a big discount, I bought one with a round red and green bullseye looking Infinite Discs stamp that gives me a headache if I look at it for more than a second. Aesthetics aside, it does exactly what I need it to do.

I have this and a jawbreaker zone. The esp glo zone is less flexible and soft and is my main putter these days. The jawbreaker version is great for floaty putts, layups, or quicker left turns. For my main style of putting which is to give it a wrist snap and put it straight in the chains, the glo zone is much better. Both feel great to hold and throw and both have their place, but I feel this plastic makes the zone more versatile and also more durable.

I have 1 ESP GLO zone.
Feel: Never have I ever held a disc and immediately known I would love throwing this forehand. The round bottom and flat top are perfect for throwing forehand. The plastic is standard ESP, Star, Goldline, type plastic and is very comfortable. For some throwing this disc backhand is an acquired taste but has never been an issue for me.

Flight: What a meaty little disc. This thing can handle everything you can give it, even in the wind. Windy approaches, hard hyzers, skip shots, and anhyzer flexes are what I use this for. It is however still a putter and the degree to which it skips and flexes in minimal, but that's what you want from this disc in the first place, and it does it perfectly.
There isn't much point driving with this disc because a faster disc will probably do the job better (e.g. drone), but it's great for those tricky approaches, placement shots and blistering head wind putts. I would really miss this disc if I lost it.
