Want to get in the Zone? The Discraft Zone is a slim putter with a thick rim (1.2cm) that gives you something to hold on to. This is a very overstable putter that is good for headwinds, strategic fades, forehand throws, flick putts, and slamming into chains at just the right angle. Many Discraft enthusiasts will have a Zone in their bag as a putter that gets them out of a situation where a flick, or sidearm putt or approach shot is their only option. Being so overstable, this disc can handle the torque that a flick will put on it! The Zone is considered one of the best Discraft Discs available today.

The Zone is a terrific disc that is great for forehand and backhand throws. The crystal flex plastic flies more overstable and has kept its shape very nicely. It can handle a good amount of torque from forehand throws. It's great for doglegs in the woods, anhyzer shots around trees, and occasional use for putting in the wind or needing a putt to fade. It's definitely a disc that gets used every round.

I found my first Zone in a lake (unmarked). The Zone is the best over stable putter on the market. It feels great in the hand both backhand and forehand. It has an extremely reliable flight and fade. I throw a Zone (I have it in Crystal FLX and Ti) for the majority of my upshots that are >200 ft. The Ti is very very over stable and the FLX is fairly true to the flight numbers.

This disc is my favorite disc to use on wooded holes. You can give this disc a hard rip and expect it to go very straight. Good to use for forehand approach shots and very long putts out side of 40ft. This disc flies more like a stable mid range than a putter. Wouldn’t recommend for close putts because of the stability, but a great disc to throw off the tee on wooded holes.

The Zone is an overstable putter/midrange hybrid. Mine is a max weight Zline Paul McBeast 5 time. I rip this thing forehand and backhand off the tee, or for a finesse approach. I would rather throw the zone forehand than any of my mids. Being a putter it sits down on the ground well and tries not to skip. Crazy headwind I'll putt with it. Line through the trees, I'll rip it forehand. Need to sweep around some obstacles on my way to the basket, backhand rip. Power grip, fan grip, flick, roller, dog bowl, ZONE.

Holds a hyzer line well. backhand it barely gets to flat then dumps. Forehand slight hyzer rip it gets flat then fades. Don't leave this thing behind on the course or someone's taking it home. Yeti cooler of disc golf approach discs.

The Cryztal FLX Zone is now my go-to disc for farther layups or shorter tee shots. Need to get out of a bind in the woods? Zone. Need to get around a tree on the left with a flick? Zone. Need to park a 200-300 ft open hole? Zone. Need to snake a disc right then left through the woods for a park job? Zone. Is there anything this disc can't do? Zone.
