​For shipping within the United States:

  • Shipping for the first disc is only $3.29
  • The second disc is $1.99
  • For the third disc the shipping charge is $1.69
  • Shipping for discs is capped at $6.97.  For each additional disc purchased beyond the third, the shipping is FREE!!!  Adding other non-disc product will create additional shipping costs.  

If your total cart purchase exceeds $150 in qualified products (excludes baskets), you pay $0 for shipping. We pay the entire shipping cost for you which gives you FREE SHIPPING.

Shipping Methods

By default, standard orders are delivered by the lowest rates from USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS. One and two disc orders are sent by by USPS first class mail (estimated 3-10 business days) unless a priority upgrade is purchased. Shipping times vary based on your proximity to Utah. If you live in an area close to Utah, your package will likely arrive in approximatly 3-4 days. If you live back east, it is not uncommon for a shipment to take over a week if you do not purchase a priority upgrade.

Larger orders, including baskets and backpack style bags are typically shipped by FedEx or UPS ground, and are sometimes drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. For larger orders, a physical mailing address is required as UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes. Occasionally, larger packages shipped to the Eastern US may ship FedEx.

Processing Time

At Infinite Discs we pride ourselves in our timely ability to process orders. Because of the volume we do USPS picks up packages from our warehouse twice daily.

Priority Upgrade Orders made by 4:30pm Mountain Time are almost always shipped the same business day.

Standard orders shipped from the Infinite Discs warehouse are generally shipped within three business days unless we are waiting for a response as result of an order error.

Because there is no USPS mail service on federal holiday's, packages will not be received by the shipping courier until the following business day.

Tracking Information

Order and tracking history are found by logging into your Infinite Account. Customers are also emailed a tracking number when the order is processed by our shipping department.

While the tracking information is usually accurate, it is not uncommon for a USPS package to arrive a day or two later than estimated at the creation of the tracking number. If your package does not arrive on the day indicated on your tracking link, please be patient. We do not have any more information than you receive with your tracking number.

Priority Upgrade:

If you need your package sooner, click the "Faster Shipping" radial button in the Shipping Options section of the shopping cart. This prompt will appear before you check out.
