    Retro Burst Details

Retro Burst is a special run of Latitude 64's Retro plastic featuring color bursts throughout the plastic. Retro plastic was designed for players who wanted to be reminded of the old school plastic from disc golf in the 80's. This baseline plastic easily "breaks in" and is very affordable.

A must have disc in my bag. With a smooth, easy and neutral release this disc flies straight as an arrow.

This disc is AMAZING! It became one of my three favorite discs almost immediately and I reach for it on every course. The glide is insane on forehand. I throw 200+ on a little flick with ease and I am somewhat new. Very easy disc to use on numerous types of shots.

For me if I throw this disc at about 70% power it will glide forever and stay straight the entire way above about 70% power the disc will give me an s-curve which is great for the glide to work the disc even further.

I love the River.  It has been a staple in my bag ever since I moved on from a starter set of discs. The River's high glide is also noticeable and helps newer players achieve a little extra distance without much power.  I have two so I can loan one out to my friends who are beginning as a "distance" thrower for first timers.  It glides for days and keeps a straight line with very little fade (which makes new people much more comfortable).

A great disc with a lot of glide.   It's a very straight flying disc with a little bit of fade at the end.  It's easy to throw.

I'm not a big fan of the Retro Burst plastic.   It's not durable enough but it does have a cool color swirl to it.   I've had this disc for around 4-5 months and it already has a lot of nicks and dings.   I only rate this disc a 3 star because of the plastic.   I will eventually buy this disc in the Opto or Gold line plastic.

This is a great disc. Its very easy to learn to throw for gaining distance and for learning to shape shots. Its a really great tunnel shot or for learning to throw uphill. It's also a great disc for trouble lies when you can't get a run up and need to get some distance. Its very reliable for advanced players. I bag this disc and the river pro.
