I received this disc for Christmas, and I am LOVING it! I haven't had a lot of chance to really use it in many different scenarios, but like other Gold Line discs I've thrown, I love the feel, and especially love the burst pattern DD and L64 offers.

This disc doesn't turn easily, but when you give it some juice it will definitely turn for you when you need it to. I would say it fades a bit harder than a 1, but all in all this disc just feels good in the hand and is a smooth flier!

A lot of people will recommend this as a beginner disc, but I think that's a bit of a mistake because beginners who can't throw very hard will see it fade early, and beginners with more of an arm will just cause it to turn. Proper technique is starting to "click" for me, so I feel like I'm in a better place to understand where this disc should fit in a player's bag.

This is still a speed 7 disc, so it's going to fade hard if you aren't able to throw it hard enough. That said, when thrown hard it will definitely turn. The glide will give you some extra distance, which is definitely nice if you don't yet have the power and angle control to give this a proper hyzer-flip.

Gold Line plastic is nice and grippy, but I prefer some other plastics to this (Kastaplast K1, for example).

What a disc! Got a couple of these GL Bursts in the upper 160s and use them on wooded holes, tunnel shots, the like. I have a gazillion discs that I can get to finish right as a LHBH player, but to shape shots to go straight or finish slightly left, these GL Bursts are just killing it. They do great with a tailwind as well.  Som e of these new bursts look like bowling balls, all shiny and cool.
