The Halo Star Boss is slightly more overstable than standard Star runs, offering a firmer feel and extreme torque resistance. The Innova Halo Star Boss is a favorite for max-effort forehands and powerful backhand flex lines.

Very overstable, will go FAR if yeeted with sufficient oomph. That being said, I hate the way it feels in the hand. The wing feels rather larger than the rim feels deep. Maybe its perfect for some people or situations but definitely not for me

The Big Jerm tour series Halo Boss is a very over stable distance driver that is just simply fantastic. Jeremy Koling mentions it in his review of the disc on Eric Oakley's youtube channel (which is spot on), that the Halo Boss [somehow] strikes a perfect balance between glide and over stability.  You can absolutely rip on this disc, trusting it's stability, without compromising distance. This thing wants to get WAY out there.  If you have not, go dig up the video of Eagle throwing this thing over 600 first try; or Calvin throwing it on hole one of 2022 MVP open at Maple Hill; it's remarkable to watch.

I want to be clear that this disc is VERY over stable; as a reference point, my average drive is somewhere between 350 feet and 400 feet. Max distance for me is somewhere around 450 feet.  From my experience with this disc, I barely have the arm speed for it, but if you do have the armspeed to get this thing going, it is simply fantastic.

As a point of reference,I also bag a tour series nuke in ESP plastic, as well as a very over stable champion destroyer. With these three discs my overstable distance driver spot is covered completely!  Of all this discs, this is the one that I trust the most to rip into a gale force head wind.  I tend to reach for this disc when it is very windy, or I need a distance driver that I can't afford to turn over.

For Max distance I also bag a very seasoned pro boss which is true to the Boss's flight numbers.  There is no turn on this run whatsoever!  I will be curious to see how it seasons in (only had it for two months now), but a great disc for that overstable distance driver slot!
