The GStar Boss offers superior grip and a slightly more understable flight compared to Champion or Star versions. The Innova GStar Boss is ideal for cold-weather rounds or players who want maximum comfort without sacrificing distance potential.

Great disc for max distance. Very consistent flight. This disc can be thrown very hard and always fights back. Great disc to add a little extra distance to your drives.

I forehand.  Wraiths, Destroyers, and Bosses have been my primary distance drivers.  Though they all show 5 glide I feel the Boss glides a little more, giving me extra distance.  A new GStar flies like beat in Star.

The Boss is my most used driver. I have champ, star, gstar, and blizzard. The champ and star are more over stable of the lot, star being a bit more. gstar I can get a very nice S line on it and the blizzard I haven't thrown a hole lot yet I just picked it up before winter hit but I was surprised that for being so light weight it still doesn't turn and burn even when I cheat it over with a little anhy. I could see the Blizzard for newer players but the others are great for little more stronger arm players.

I was given a very worn in Boss and this disc is amazing. I use it for long tunnels on a hyzerflip, or for long turnover shots that need to go far right. I would highly recommend this disc to an intermediate player because a beginner just wouldn't have the arm speed to keep the disc moving forward.

If you're like me and your up incoming in DG and you have the form but not the power then you can expect this type of flight out of boss. when i first started i was lucky to get 300 feet out of my boss, but because I knew that I should be getting more out of it this disc was the disc that I was basing my skill off of and that forced me to get better. I still can quite get the same flight patter as what innova says I should but because I strive to have that same flight pattern I now am throwing this disc 400 feet. If your a beginner this is not good first disc, if your just a casual golfer this is not a good disc, however if you like me and you want a disc that requires good form to through and your willing to put in the practice to find that form this disc will help, but dont make your own form to match this disc. go online and learn from the pros and practice with this disc. once you have good form this disc will give you straight flight with good fade at the end consitently, until you get up to 450 feet this disc will not be your furthest flying disc nor will it have any turn, unless you throw it into a lot of tree like i did with my first one.
