    Glide and stability.

What more can you ask for? Can take a lot of snap and fights out of the turn. Glides very well with great forward fade.

Great for max distance once broken in these disc glide for days and have a forward finishing fade pushing to go as far as they can. Gummy and grippy and in my opinion they are the best overstable driver in the game.

    This thing is nasty.

For those looking for a review on the glow quality: I have a light blue metal flake c blend glow & the glow isn't great. It'll stick out enough if you get to it between 5-10 minutes after throwing it, but it does become pretty faint. Colored glow discs just aren't as strong it seems.

Now the disc itself is a monster. Very versatile & you can bomb with it. Has become my primary distance driver. You can flex it out a good amount & still get a nice fade at the end. You can get long turnovers, and big hyzers.

From discs I've thrown, I'd say it compares to a Z Surge SS or a beat in Star Destroyer depending on how you throw it.

The metal flake glow c blend might not glow the best, but it is a great plastic & this became my workhorse distance driver & not just my glow driver like I thought. I originally just wanted something like a glow destroyer for night rounds, but got a much better result

I am an avid wraith thrower and was looking for a disc that could mimic the flight of a wraith but could handle the extra power that I have developed over the last few years. This disc was the answer. It can handle the extra power that would otherwise turn my star wraiths over. Beautiful flight with a nice easy fade, stands up to flat on a full power rip (~425) with a slight hyzer out of hand.

I went to the factory store in Logan, UT and was able to feel the different plastics, I landed on the Metal Flake Glow C - Blend Run 14. The plastic has a nice sturdy feel like Star/ESP, that is not sleek like Gstar or Z plastic. Slight dome but not poppy. I would say that this disc best resembles a faster wraith that keeps that same control and accuracy at higher speeds.

The Emperor has become a staple in my bag for both FH and BH. I have A few different plastics and weights. They may fly slightly different per plastic and weight but are close to the same. Fantastic disc. I still havent quite harnessed it for long back hands but this is by far my go to distance FH.

This thing absolutely bombs.  Love the Emperor in Glow C plastic, the Halo, and the I blend.  I blend is a little more understable with more glide in my experience. If you bag a destroyer do yourself a favor and give this disc a try.

This disc is everything you will ever need for your go to distance driver! It obviously flies very similar to a destroyer, but it seems to have a touch less stability and I find that it consistently goes about 30 - 40 feet farther for me. Most importantly though, I find that I can accurately place this on the fairway about 350-400 feet away. For whatever reason it just is more reliable out of my hand than a destroyer. It will fly mostly straight with just a bit of turn before giving into a nice dependable finish. Its glide is phenomenal, maybe a little more noticeable than a destroyer, and its finish tends to be a little more forward than dumpy. I highly recommend this disc to fill your destroyer slot!

As far as plastic goes, I have owned a couple I blends that I really enjoyed throwing. The I blend feels very similar to star plastic, but it is definitely less durable. It holds up fine in a field, but if you start hitting trees with it, it will beat in a noticeable amount. This may be a benefit or some people, if you a looking for something that will quickly beat into something like a beat in destroyer. After hitting a few dozen trees, I blends start to fly closer to 12, 5, -2.5, 1.5. I also own some MF glow C blends that feel amazing. This is my favorite plastic for them (although once I get my hands on the Halo versions that might change). This plastic is extremely durable and pop toppy. Its not super grippy, and almost feels like a more flexible discraft z for some reason. But it flies really well and will seemingly hold its stability forever. This is definitely what I would recommend for someone who plays long courses with a decent amount of hittable trees.

Where do I start?!?!?! This disc is incredible. I have loved Destroyers for a long time. I bag three Paul McBeth 4x Destroyers in different stages of wear. I love their stability and lengthening turn&glide as they season. I picked up two Metal Flake Glow Emperors and I am in love. I bought both in max weight, orange and blue. The blue is nice and beefy, but still with great glide. I will be keeping the blue one in reserve as a backup in case I lose the orange one. Now to the orange one: Again, I'm in love. The orange one flies like my slightly beat in 4x Destroyer, but definitely with more glide. I threw it hard and with a touch of hyzer alongside that 4x Destroyer and my Swirly S-Blend Pharaoh. The 4x Destroyer held the hyzer line with a pushing fade and went 390 ft. The Swirly S-Blend Pharaoh popped up to flat, rode for a while, had some late turn, with a forward pushing fade at the end and went 418 ft. with that full flight. Now to the Emperor: The orange Emperor slooooowly flipped up to flat and rode forever. It punched straight for so long and faded slightly at the end. It flew 430 ft. on a perfect golf line! It also held up really well on a forehand. I was able to throw it about 375 on a nice flat forehand shot. I am so impressed with that disc after throwing it for one day. It has absolutely earned a spot in my bag as my go to distance driver.

I got the new 2022 Metal Flake Glow C-Blend (Run 14) in orange and scaled it myself to 176g.  Supposedly this is the same mold as the halo destroyer. I throw about 450ft consistently on BH. For me this run came out more stable than I expected.  It's not quite as stable as some of the 2021 calvin halos, but is more stable than my 2022 calvin halo.  I got this for a glow bag but I may put it in my main bag if one of my main destroyers gets too beat in.

I absolutely love my glow Emperor. Probably my favorite plastic type of the emperor, which is saying a lot because all of the plastics that infinite makes are amazing. I'll use my emperor on both forehand and backhand throws. They have great feel and the glow plastic seems very grippy and also isn't quite as overstable as one would expect. While I don't have the fastest arm speed, I can reliably get this to flip up on a slight hyzer and push it out 400 to 425. Extremely durable as well. If you're looking for a driver that has a long straight flight with a dependable finish, the emperor is an excellent choice.

    Whats a Destroyer??

You want the beef out of your Destroyer our boys at innova cant give us??

Loook no further the Emperor in the Glow Metal Flake is what your looking for. Hands down the best 12 speed driver on the market. I used to throw several TeeRex because never got the arm speed up there for the 12s yet.

So when I decided to try to Emperor it was the Glow Metal Flake that had me sold. I love Glow and Metal Flake and they put them together for us all to enjoy.

    I now bag  6 Emperors

    175 GMF

    175 GMF Garrett Gurthie misprint

    171 GMF GG

    171 GMF GG

    161 GMF

171 Limited Editiion G batross Swirly S blend

if you like any run of the Destoryers this will be your knew favorite go to.

This is by far my absolute favorite disc for consistent off the tee shots. The stability makes is super reliable for just about everything and the C line metal flake is the best feeling plastic in the hand period.

Love the way this disc feels in the hand. Excellent grip, but as a beginner, this is a little too much disc for me. That being said, I have been practicing with it, and when I nail a drive I can see how good this disc can fly. I look forward to improving with it and I can see this disc becoming my "go to" driver in the future.

I just got to take my metal flake c blend emperor out for the first time today, after my second throw i knew this disc will stay in my bag for a while. The infinite discs are made by innova, however, the special blends of plastic for infinite almost seem like a step up from what innova makes for their own discs. The emperor i just recieved is in the mf c blend. If you are familiar with innova plastics this is a great blend somewhere between champion and star/gstar, wich i really like, i have never been a huge fan of champion but with the added grip in the infinite c blend u still get a little stiffness like champion but also a grippy slightly flexy plastic.  I personally didnt feel like i was getting the distance I wanted on my backhand throw, but in fainess to the disc I have been relying on my sidearm throw alot lately and have lost a little on all my backhand shots. Side arm, on the other hand I actually got more distance with the emperor than i ever have with any disc. As for the flight path, the turn and fade stamped onto some versions of the disc are -1,3 respectively. If you read the infinite disc description they tell you the turn is a little stronger and the fade is a little less, if I were to put my own numbers it would be -1.5, 2.5. I would suggest this disc if you like a nuke or destroyer but want something slightly more understable, or if you want to try a new disc that has an overstable finish but is slightly understable enought to hyzer/anhyzer and flip.

I'm throwing a 168 gram Emperor in metal flake glowing Champion plastic. I decided to try this disc after having great success with the infinite discs Pharoah. Because it is more overstable, I went five grams lighter than my pharaoh. This disk flies better into a stronger headwind and holds a Hyzer better and fights out of Anhyzer faster. The metal flake glowing c blend plastic is incredible in the hands. The ability to hold a glowing charge isn't all that great. The disc flies beautifully at a mile high altitude..

The Metal Flake Glow C-Blend I have noticed two distinct variations: very flat, bordering concave...and slight to pop top dome. The flatter ones seem a bit straighter, but don't have the carry. The domed ones remind very much of the DD3 CloudBreaker; very long, fast glide at high speed, and a forward-pushing, consitent fade at low speed.

I would number the Metal Flake Glow C-Blend Emperor as 12|5|-1|3

The Splatter S-Blend, however, are coming out with a firm, but grippy slight dome with a slight heart beat. They have a nice, consistent, overstable flight. Very close to the flight of the Glow, but zero turn at high speed, and much harder fade...they seem skippier at the ground as well. These are like a Destroyer flight, but the fade reminds me of an older EchoStar XCaliber, or maybe a Discraft Force from some of the recent runs

***The Splatter I would number it at 12|5|0|3

I picked up the Iblend Emperor back when Las Vegas Challenge came out, and it was slighly flippier than my s Blend pharoahs, but with a fairly hard end of flight fade. The Metal Flake Glow C Blend and Splatter S-blend (I picked up at GBO last week) are substantially more overstable. This disc has a little bit of turn, but a fairly hard fade at the end of flight. You do get a good straight portion during most of the flight. Holds up in a head wind. Plastic feels great. They had both super flat and slightly domed versions of this disc, so you may get a flat one, or a domed one. I didn't experience a significant difference in flight between the flat and domed ones. The Pharoah to me is a special disc, it goes further than anything else I own. I do not feel that way about the emperor. It complements the Pharoah in the sense that it's more overstable, but at least for me, it doesn't differentiate itself from the many overstable drivers on the market right now. I prefer both the Kong and Ballista Pro in that slot.

Great Stable to overstable long range driver. This disc reminds of a Champ Destroyer or Lucid Enforcer. It has almost no turn right out of the box. It will fly very straight for about 300+ feet then finish with great glide and predictable fade. It's a lot of fun to force it on a flew line and watch it fight out of the anhyzer. It makes for 400+ foot flex shots that are super forgiving.

Pros: Great glide, predictable fade, familiar feeling in the hand, beautiful color glow plastic

Cons: it has been a bit touchy when using it for forehand shots, the blend of plastic seems to scuff up quickly.
