If you are looking for a straight Emperor, I have gotten a lot of Fajkus and Maria Oliva Signature I Blends that have a flatter wing and absolutely bomb. They are the most reliable bomber discs I own. I have a Halo x-out with different wing that is much more OS and great in wind or for flex shots.

I have had the chance to throw a lot of different plastics of Emporers. From the lightweight I-Blend to the Halo. The one thing that I love about this disc is that it has great glide and once it starts to fade it has a really nice hard fade. Gives me plenty of confidence in the wind!

This is my favorite distance driver. I currently bag 4 of them. They are great for most players. In my opinion it is a more controllable destroyer. Its a lot of fun to throw. 10/10 would recommend.

This disc is MONEY! I absolutly love its reliability.  It feels like a destroyer in your hand and flies like a beat in destroyer.

These fly like a beat in Destroyer. In I-Blend it can only be get more glidey as it beats in as well. Great for something overstable with an intermediate backhand that won't be a total meat hook. As well great for forehand to get easy distance!

Out of the box the Kona Emperor I have flies incredibly. Anyone telling you this disc is like a seasoned Destroyer is absolutely correct. These babies bomb.

Great distance driver, has a ton of glide and available in many different plastics. I never really found a Destroyer that I liked, but instantly fell in love with the Emperor. I have two Kona's and a Gurthie signature, all of which are pop-top and fly for days!

I was told that the i-blend Emperor flies like a flippy Destroyer right out of the box and it did not disappoint! It was able to immediately fall into my bag between my flippiest and neutral Destroyer and I love the way it flies. The Emperor flies exactly like its flight numbers say and having that extra glide makes this disc a great bomber! I would recommend this disc as an overstable driver for beginners and a maximum distance driver for advanced/ professional players.

To reiterate what everyone else has probably said, it's essentially a slightly beat in destroyer. It feels like a destroyer in the hand so if you've thrown that you won't be shocked in the feel of the rim. I have an I-Blend and a Concrete, so this is for the I-Blend Kona Emperor. It is definitely overstable, but not so much where you can't get peak distance from it. I REALLY love using the Kona emperor to flip up very slightly to go straight before a nice fade to the left. I use this one a lot for throwing over things as well; it is a great spike disc when necessary. If you are new to the game, expect it to be a meathook until your form develops. I felt the same way, and slowly working up in speed will help!

This disc flies like a well-seasoned destroyer. You'll love this thing right out of the box.

I honestly love throwing mine on flip-up forehand lines. It also works great for max distance backhand drives. You'll love this disc & it will serve you well.

This disc is a great stable flyer and a welcome addition to my bag. When thrown with power on a slight hyzer it will flip up to flat and hold the line straight for a good amount of distance before it has slight amount of fade at the end. I expected it to be more over stable out of the box with the 2.5 fade rating but it feels closer to 2 for my Kona Emperors at least.

This years Kona Panis Emperor is more stable than last years, but that just means it will need more time to beat in. Still this discs seems to jump out of the hand and just go. Great glide and control for a big distance driver. And as usual Infinite is killing with the stamp game. The plastic is so good, I love the feel and the little bubbles in the rim.

This is my favorite driver so far. I have tried almost every other 11 and 12 speed disc out there, but this one stands out. It is amazingly glidy, easy to throw for a distance driver, and very grippy in signature I-blend plastic. This mold is great for drives that need to go straight and then fade slightly to the left for a RHBH. I used to drive about 350' on accurate drives, but this one goes about 375' very accurately for me. I have it in 168g weight, so it may be more stable in heavier plastic, but for 350-400' of power it is easy controllable and will ride very straight. Overall, great disc and will be in my bag for a long time.

This review is for the I Blend Emperor, coming from someone who throws 325-350. I would say the numbers are very close to what you're going to get. These feel great in the hand, and have  a very reliable fade at the end. I tend to use these if I need distance into the wind. I would recommend these to anyone who feels the need for a 12 speed driver, but can't do anything with a destroyer, zeus, etc.

As many have stated, this compares to a destroyer.  However, this is much better.  I'm not sure if the manufacturing process changed lately, but there is absolutely no flashing on the two that I purchased (i blend & gummy c).  No sanding required which is an extra star for me.  The Kona I blend @168 has a good dome and feels great in the hand.  Kind of a mix between star and pro IMO.  How does it fly?  It's stable out of the mailbox.  Was able to give it some anny and it fought out.  After throwing it 20+ times and hitting a few trees, it's going longer and is turning into a very dependable workhorse.  For comparison, I throw a Hades, Enigma, and the Emperor for drivers.  With no wind, the Hades has the most distance with some good turn.  The Emperor I can flex and count on it coming back at the end.  Hades I have to release on a slight hyzer or throw it flat with a bit of height to get anything to come back.  The gummy C plastic reminds me of a wraith in jolly launcher plastic I had many years ago, but this is just a little more gummy.  Great feel and it's relatively flat, definitely not the pop top of the i blend.  They both had the same stability for me.  When new, I went out in the field and they flew similar to my Enforcers.  You can't go wrong.  Again, no flashing!  Super smooth and great stamps!

Very consistent and glidey. This disc is a straight flying disc with reliable fade and the comparisons to a Destroyer are accurate. The advantage of this disc over Destroyers is the consistency of its flight and the consistency of the mold. I have Signature I-blends and a Gummy C-blend in this disc, and they fly very similarly. I have heard the Swirly S-blend is more stable, and I plan on trying out that plastic as soon as the weather warms up. Bottom line, this is a glidey, consistent Destroyer with a reliable fade for higher arm speeds. It made my bag and is a valuable weapon on the course.

Love this disc! The stamp is killer and it flies beautifully. Has good grip that is comfortable in the hand. Should be in everyone's bag and you get to support the new FPO all star champ as well! Win-win!!

This run of the Kona Panis Signature I-Blend Emperors are very similar to the first run. However, most of the second run have a "pop top" or very domey. Most of the light weights are less domey. The feel is grippy and the I-Blend is known to brake in fast for bomber flight paths. The stamp design is phenomenal and the stamp colors have such a great variety. Get one before this run, like the last, sells out!

I got my first one as a christmas present, instantly fell in love with the disc. Now I pretty much own one of every plastic. I carry a metal flake that started decently OS and beat in nice. Its my main driver off the tee for sidearms and any backhanded shots needed to go left. The Emperor feels nice in the hand and is easily my favorite driver.

I picked up two of the Kona Panis Signature I-blend runs. First time I took these out they were very overstable. The rating on the disc are 12/6/-1/3 and it flew like it, similar to a destroyer with more glide. The disc has more of a dome than I expected. I have a slower arm speed and the disc flew about 315 feet straight with a steep fade at the end. We had another player who has a faster arm take a throw with them and he was able to get it to flex and come back about 450 feet. The I-blend feels great in the hand, not too big or sharp. With more use, the disc will break in and get more flex with it.
