I have recently picked up a DX Leopard in my search for an easy to throw fairway driver, and the Leopard definitely checks that box. I have really enjoyed throwing the Leopard and have found it particularly useful for the late turning shot we I can throw it flat or with a bit of hyzer and the disc will fly straight and then maybe two thirds of the way into its flight will begin to turn to the right (for my right hand back hand throw). This is such a useful shot for me. I find the DX Leopard to be an excellent hyzer flip disc as well.

With the DX plastic I am finding that the disc is definitely accumulating some nicks and bruises, but for the price I would say its a pretty good trade off.

I would definitely recommend this disc especially to those beginners who are looking to step up into the driver select of discs, this is a great option (and I guess that is why you see this disc included in Innova starter sets :) ).

This is a very good disc for beginners, and for those who don't have a lot of throwing power. When I owned/threw the disc during the beginning of it's "life", it would fade a lot. But once I beat it in and developed better throwing form, it has a very smooth, slight fade that is perfect for almost any tee shot. The plastic feels great in my hand and I always have enough grip. For those that don't throw as hard, this disc will be perfectly overstable (left fade). But if you throw well and hard, it will be understable (right fade).

Getting someone into the sport? Get them a lighter weight Leopard! I bought these DX Xouts for 5 each for my 3 kids and wife and these are their go to discs! I grabbed several more to let friends and family borrow when we go play.

Pro-tip: Wipe the stamp off and let the kids draw whatever they want on their disc to make it their own!

Also... the Leopard is still amazing for more experienced players! Just opt for a bit heavier or even a more premium plastic, my recommendation is C Blend. laser straight and great for hyzer flips!

The DX Leopard should be everyone's first driver. I got one in 165 and the last one i got was 156. I got it so when i throw on holes that curve to the left i even at my low skill level can make full use of the S turn it can get. Love both of my DX Leo's and use one of them at least 2 times a round!

Absolutely love this disc it's great for beginners for getting that max distance for slower arm speeds and even has use for those who have been playing a little bit longer and have developed more arm speed great for turnover shots or even rollers right out of the box awesome disc for all and I would highly recommend for all skill levels and players.

I picked up a 175g DX X-out Leopard because it was $4 at a local store, and I wanted something easy for my little brother to throw when I took him out for his first round.  Neither he nor I enjoyed it much, but it had some uses.

6 5 -2 1 does not do the leopard's flippiness justice.  Even someone with a weaker arm needs to be careful about how much power they use, or else it'll flip right and never come back.  Moreover, the DX plastic beats in extremely easily and quickly, exacerbating the tendency to dive off to the right.  That being said, a slow, easy-to-throw driver is great for someone's first few games - probably why Innova puts the Leopard in their starter pack.  After a few games and some more confidence, the Leopard will find less and less uses.  There are better rollers, better control discs for hyzer flips, and I'd argue even better beginner drivers.  But, it's cheap.

After using the Leopard three or four times, losing a chip to a tree, and getting frustrated, it turned over into the woods for me.  I took a cursory glance, and left it.

My favorite disc.  I can make it do quite a bit.  You get to learn it's lines early.  But it is not a good power driver unless you want it to turn hard.  Really wants to go right when you put a lot of power on it.
