The original fierce this is a great neutral putter that can be had for a great price. When thrown it would have a nice gentle turn when thrown with moderate power. 

This was the first disc I could control as I got into disc golf. I came from ultimate frisbee in highschool and this disc really smoothed the transition from ultimate discs to disc golf specialty discs. As a beginner this disc would fly straight and land straight. Now as I'm more experienced, I use this disc for hyper flips in the woods to make gaps larger and for shots that I need a soft landing. This disc has an amazing amount of glide. The mix of glide and under stability really allows the player to throw this disc soft and flat and watch it fly for days. Nothing is more satisfying than throwing this disc softly and watching it still go as far as other putters. Definitely try it out. 

I carry three of these in my bag. Two for putting, and one in a classic plastic that I use for throwing. When putting they are pretty point and shoot for me, I like the understable feel. And for throwing I can throw it on a little hyzer and it will flip to flat and hold that line very reliably. And I can throw it with a little anny and get a great turnover out of it. Highly recommended for both a throwing putter and a putting putter.

I putt with Soft Classic Burst Deputies. I love the tackiness the plastic provides; I rarely get spits off the chains and often get bonus putts to sneak in because of the soft plastic. The glide is great for my direct spin putt. For driving, I rarely throw the deputy but I do find it useful for high turnover shots and short straight shots.

Good understable putter off the tee. I really like this for hyzerflip shots and I can get some good turn out of it without throwing it hard. If I really try to get it out there I can probably reach about 260ft-ish, but I where this shines for me is straight to right shots around 200ft-230ft.  Wish I would've got it in a different plastic though, classic blend is just a bit soft for me.

You can see why Paige Pierce loved this disc when she was with DD.  The Prime Burst plastic feels great in the hand.  The rim is a bit thinner than the Avair which helps women with smaller hands get a better hold on the disc.  This is my go to putter!

When I began playing disc golf, I was frustrated with how often my putts would fade to the left. I'd compensate by aiming right. Then I began adding varying levels of anhyzer and push and/or spin.

I went through at least 10 putters until I heard Paige Pierce describe why she liked the Deputy. It clicked.

Why aim right, screw around with anhyzer or hyzer, overly loft or finesse it toward the basket, when you can aim directly at it and punch it right in the heart?

With the Deputy, I just go for it. Gone are factors that made putting unnecessarily complicated. Sure, it sails 20-30 feet past the basket sometimes, but I have the confidence to turn around and just go for it again.
