This disc is a favorite of Prodigy's fans as an overstable approach disc. The A3 is beaded, and has a wide rim for an approach disc. This wide rim makes forehand releases clean and accurate.

My Flight Ratings: 4/4/0/3 Not Beginner Friendly Throwing Distance: 250 Straight Score: Very Overstable

It is certainly NOT a zone. I get tired of seeing the comparison truthfully. This disc is naturally much much more overstable. I'm not sure what numbers prodigy gives this disc, but I would say 4/4/0/3. Does not want to hold flex, just wants to begin fading. This disc does have great glide for such an overstable approach disc. I personally love it for forehand chippers, deep backhand flexes, and a grenade or two here and there when I'm really in a pinch. My review is for a max weight 400, some come with a dome (which is frustrating), but I've found the raven stamped glimmer ones to all be super flat and nice.

I also have owned some 300 plastic A'3's. Those are much more workable out of box, and actually beat in relatively quickly to be pretty straight overall. It's an odd thing to carry in 300 plastic if you throw conventional mids, wants to be more than a putter but not quite as much as a mid.

im your typical noodle arm here, throwing my drivers around 350- so this disc is going practically nowhere for me. Maybe 250 if I crush
