This disc is a favorite of Prodigy's fans as an overstable approach disc. The A3 is beaded, and has a wide rim for an approach disc. This wide rim makes forehand releases clean and accurate.

350 plastic 174 grams. I wanted to like this disc. I was looking for something not as stable as a Zone, A2 or a Gator but it is right on par with those. So while it is not a bad disc, It didn't fly like I wanted. The plastic was very firm but grippy so that was nice. This disc I think was even more stable then the A2 I had. So not a bad disc, but not for me.

I would say if you want a less stable approach disc check out the A4 or a Suspect. Those are still good into mild headwinds but are not stupid overstable.
