Amazing disc. I use this as one of my go to forehand discs. A little lower speed than my destroyers, so I get nice flex and glide out of it. I will throw this backhand instead of my Tern when throwing into a headwind, because it is a bit more beefy than the Tern and wont turnover too much. Awesome mold.

The Madison Walker Swirly Star Wraith is money. I have a flat one and a slightly domey one. The flat one is straight-stable out of the box, while the domey is a bit more overstable.  Since I've thrown the flat one more, my review is based on that disc.  The plastic is some of the best I've ever held.  It's got the grip of a gummy disc, but not too flexible, similar to the finger-printy champion plastic I've seen.

The flight is slightly more stable than my stock Star Wraith, so I'm giving it a turn rating of -0.5, but I'm sure that will change as it beats in some more.  The glide is really great right off the bat, which I didn't get immediately from my stock star.  It has a reliable, penetrating fade that kicks in about 3/4 of the way into the flight.  It's a little too much for me to throw it forehand off the tee, but I do use it for utility shots when scrambling.  It's easy to get a nice hard fade and flair skip if I throw it on a powered down shot.

Definitely worth checking out if you like the Wraith to begin with!

I have thrown Wraiths in the past but this is the best one I have ever thrown!

Feel: This Swirly Star feels more like a Star/Champion blend. Has excellent grip and perfect amount f flex. Love the feel of the plastic. The mold came out flat. flatter than many other Wraiths I have thrown. Flat tops feel very comfortable in my hand.

Flight: Wow, this Wraith BOMBS! It is the farthest flying Wraith i have thrown. It just keeps going. Not sure what this run has so much glide, but it does. It is also stable enough to get snapped off but not so overstable that it fades out too soon. It is so straight when thrown flat and hyzers out on flex shots.

I will be stocking up on these Wraihs!!
