    1. This is a great disc for all skill levels.
    2. the wraith is great for forehands and it is also great for strong backhand lines.
    3. the Wraith has very reliable turn and excellent fade.
    4. the wraith is good for tight lines in the trees or wide open fairways
    5. The wraith is a good all around disc

This is my go-to forehand distance disc and is pretty forgiving with angles. I have noticed it is becoming less stable and is taking longer to flex out of an anhyzer release. Also, the blizzard plastic does not stand up well to trees and will get frayed if thrown into a tree. I would say that the best thing this disc did for me was to help me learn how to forehand drivers and I am now comfortable throwing Nukes and Destroyers forehand. Great disc to develop you're forehand.

If you are looking for light disc that give you a lot of distance, this is it.

I was really hesitant about picking up a wraith, even in blizzard plastic given how overstable it is. Somehow I ended up with a really beat in, more stable run of the disc, because it is currently the flippiest disc in my bag, by farrr. I guess just a word of warning of what this disc can become.

Picked up a few new drivers to play around with and this one has become my most frequent go-to, probably because the lower speed agrees with my arm.  Very controllable.  I can let the disc naturally fade, or push it and get more of a 11/5/-1.5/1.5 action on RHBH.  Love sending this one straight through tight alleys.  Don't know if I would recommend this as a beginner disc unless you're a strong arm, however I grabbed a light 153 and it's been excellent, so this might be an option for building out your drivers after getting comfortable with the game.  Fun disc, no doubt.

Having a slower arm speed, I can throw these lighter fast discs much further than their heavier counterparts... They seem to be much more understable than the heavies too. Especially when they get broken in a bit.

The only problem is it is harder for me to control.

This is a great disc especially for new players or players with slower arm speeds.

I have this is my bag but 9x out of 10 I go for its heavier brother.

I've had a Wraith for a while but I don't have the arm speed to throw it to its max speed.  I can get the disc to go 300 feet throwing flat with a left hand finish, but I know there is more there.  The champion plastic cuts into my hand a bit, so I'm looking to beat it in more and hopefully it will also loosen up a bit so I can coax some more distance out of it.  I would recommend this disc to intermediate and advanced players.

I got this disc off eBay a few years ago... threw it twice, wasn't my cup of tea, went into the closet for two years. Oh well.

Now, I've pulled it from the closet for redemption.

This thing is absolutely STUPID understable. I'm convinced that this disc is some prototype that someone at Innova drunkenly made. I have a flick that I can max out at maybe 325'. If I need a throw that's over 325' and ends right, I pull this shit out from the depths of my bag. If the pin is a dogleg right, say 2 o' clock from the fairway, aim at 11 o' clock and throw this bad boy as hard as you can as if the pin was at 11 o' clock. It will fly straight for like 100' then flip over and leave you faster than your wife.

I just threw it 465' today. It flies forever. If you want to get pissed at a disc while absolute awestruck, walk your ass down to Play It Again and buy one of these stupid things. The lighter the better, mines like 155 grams.

Out of all the blizzard discs, this is my favorite. I don't have a big arm, so I can throw this with less power and more control. I have a 150g and it is very reliable and predicable. Over time I was able to get it seasoned just for the right shot. The sad part is, that I lost my favorite one on the last tournament of the season. I really like this disc for mountain courses for uphill shots. I have a couple of friends that have a bigger arm than me and they also throw blizzard Wraiths. Even with the lighter weight, I am still able to throw this disc in light wind conditions. The only lightweight disc I throw in the wind is an air Giant. A great disc for beginner to intermediate players. Or advanced players with lower power.

Still one of my favorite drivers but this one has gotten a bit flippy over time. Great for downwind drives (I use a very light 150g) and turnover shots.

This is my go to driver. I have it in blizzard, star, and Gstar all different weights. But the Blizzard wraith is my go to driver when I want maximum distance. I've been using it now for 3 years and it is well broken in. As long as I don't have a head wind this is the driver I use for shots 350ft. and over.

I would recommend this disc to intermediate players who don't have a huge arm but also what a stable driver.

The Wraith is a popular driver for a reason!

I got a used blizzard wraith second hand to do dyes on, and I decided to take it out to the field to throw it around a bit and see what it could do...and I really liked it.

The rim on it is comfortable in my dainty little hands, and it has a medium shaped dome. Overall, its a good feel in the hand. The beat in blizzard was a bit understable, and the disc never pulled out of its turn the first few throws. However, you give it a little hyzer and this disc goes. It will stand up, coast for bit in a high speed turn, before fading back dependably. I was hitting 350-370 pretty consistently with the Wraith.

Like most blizzard discs in a lighter weight, the wind will mess with the flight, so pick your spots with it.

I have a dx, star and  blizzard WRAITH. One of my first discs was the DX WRAITH and even as a beginner with an extremely weak arm and no form the WRAITH threw surprisingly well. I now have better form and more arm speed, I combine that with the lightweight blizzard version of the WRAITH and I can get some great distance. A very nice disc. Very popular.

I have two Wraiths. One in Star plastic and one in Champion Blizzard. These plastics make for two entirely different discs. The Star plastic is far more stable and handles wind well. The Champion Blizzard has more early turn and I get better distance with it. The low speed fade on the Champion Blizzard plastic is not as extreme as with the Star plastic. Until I picked up the Wraith in Blizzard plastic, the Destroyer was my go to driver. I still love my Destroyers, but the Wraith usually gets pulled more often now.

This disc can be thrown on a variety of shots in both the open and wodded shots with a higher ceiling. It's super consistent and always finishes with a fade right(LHBH). Makes huge s curve and feels good in the hand. Keep it low and it glides on and on. I prefer a discs that are a little more understable for my long drives now, but some of my longest throws have come with this disc.

Ah, the Wraith. So many great things to say about this disc. It seems I've had several of these in my bag since I started playing. The Wraith quickly became a must-have disc in my bag. I use it for everything from: straight drives with a slight fade, distance sidearms, even max distance drives. The disc I'm currently using happens to be the lightest disc I carry. It's a lime-green 152g Blizzard Wraith. Ideal disc for sidearms. Pretty safe to call it the work horse disc. Such reliability and great flight. Recommended for Experienced-Intermediate players. Try a DX first if you're new.

Picked up a 143g Factory Second Blizzard Wraith cheap, so I decided to try it out.  The X,5,-1,3 class of discs (for Innova the Boss, Destroyer, and Wraith) are the choice of the pros.  My Blizzard Wraith is lightweight, so I expected it to be a bit more understable than heavier discs.

First, the good:  the Wraith is a very good disc, and I see why a lot of people like it.  It flies best for me on downhill, into-the-wind conditions, but did reasonably well in other situations, as well.

Second, the not so good:  thrown under the same conditions as my 149g Blizzard Boss (13,5,-1,3), the Boss consistently outflew the Wraith for me, by a good 20-30 feet on average.  The grip of the Wraith is a bit more comfortable than the Boss, though.  Also, my 147g Krait (11,5,-1,2) flies (for me) a straighter path with less fade, and I like the Krait a little bit better.

The Wraith is not my personal ideal, but it is for others.  If 11-speed discs are your sweet spot, try the Wraith.

An excellent choice for an overstable driver. Throw it fluid and let it glide a long way with a consistent turn towards the end.

I have a Blizzard Champion 148 gram Wraith, and it is on average about 25' longer than any other disc I own. Very fun disc to throw for the lower power arm.
