Great highspeed disc that has good turn and works in a headwind

This disc loves to glide where you shoot it, then has a nice hook. I am particularly fond of wraiths and the destroyer because of the distance and control they offer. X-out prints look sick, and there are 99% of the time no defects of plastic. They fly perfectly as they should. Would recommend a non-DX plastic as they will get chewed up immediately upon hitting a tree, rock, root, you name it, even the basket could damage the DX material.

This is the most reliable distance driver in my bag, hands down. I bag three: 169g Star, 172g Star, & 172g Champion. I primarily use it for RHFH bombs that are accurate from 350-450 ft. (max) but I also use the 169g for RHBH shots when I need to dodge obstacles on the fairway. The Wraith loves tailwinds & holds up well in headwinds w/ a little hyzer for flicks.  When new, I didn't get the full S turn -- instead they went long and straight w/ a reliable fade at the end of flight. After a few rounds the S turn arrived for me, sooner in the Star than Champion plastic. The champion plastic is my go-to bc you can flex it FH a little more than the Star for extra distance & it always come back to fade at the end. Numbers are spot-on, even when new.
