StarLite Valkyrie - 140-150g

Very Beginner Friendly,  great for narrow shots between the trees or low shots and downwind bombs.  Excellent control disc.  my endorsement for beginners is from actual use. I handed my StarLite Valkyrie 150g to a talented young player,  I told him to throw straight and flat.  immediately his shots were straighter and longer.  5 holes later he had this disc on order.  Fade is 1, glide is longer. Very durable and great grip. 

The grip on this disc is exceptional, fits in my hand pretty good. The plastic feels flismy around the face of the disc, but around the rim it is rather firm. It is slick to the toiuh. 

The stability of this disc is extremely understable. The Star Lite plastic makes the disc really light weight and as the understability is increased dramatically. As such I have a hard time getting some good distance on it, I always turn it over. As such it makes for a back hand roller.

However when my arm was weaker the valkyrie was really easy to throw. I could get some easy distance with this disc. It would follow the "S"  curve perfectly.

Overall This disc is decent. If thrown correctly it can be thrown to great distances, the understability of this disc makes it unpredictable and hard to control. It is unpredictable and dificult to throw consistantly. 

Simply one of the best discs ever made by any company. It is an extremely popular driver and for good reason.  5 easy stars!!

Such a great and consistent disc. I use it every time I go out. I have a DX and a Star Lite, both great.
