This is one of my favorite valkyries, the plastic line reliably comes back while also being able to dance around trees or just for some full flex fairway driver shots. One of my favorite discs in my bag, and I don't know what I would do without it.

I bagged one of these after I consistently turned over my Sidewinder and I wanted something a little more stable, but still flippy.  The Valkyrie fills that spot nicely.  I can still turn it over, but I can hyzer flip it and it will still finish left.  You can put some arm behind it and the Valkyrie will go.  I like the distance I get out of it (325 feet).  I would recommend this disc to intermediate or advanced players.

This is a review for a glow champion 171 g valkyrie.

This disc is one of my favorite, most versatile drivers.  It holds a beautiful, soft hyzer line with a slight flip up.  It'll flip to flat and fly straight.  Thrown flat, it stay in the air forever with a long turn but an eventual fade back.  Thrown with anhyzer, it'll hold the turn for almost its whole flight and flatten out at the end.

Glow champion plastic is my favorite for less stable drivers as I feel it adds a touch of stability over star plastic, but it still has the gumminess that I like.

This is a staple in my bag, and I use it especially for my developing side arm and hyzer flip shots.

Although I like this disc for the flight pattern it has, but I definitely think the champ plastic is a bit too stable compared to what I wanted out of this disc. I will definitely keep it around for a night round in the future, but I have other discs I will be using in the broad daylight. Unless I just want to use the Valkyrie on a whim.

Champion Glow Valkyrie (175g) - I think this slots in somewhere between Star and Champion plastic in terms of stability with Star being less stable and Champ being more stable. This one has a little flatter top than either of the other two though (at least the particular disc I purchased). It flies pretty much as you would expect a Valk to fly with a nice flip to flat or turn before a soft, forward fade. Definitely recommended.

Echo Star Valkyrie (175g) - This was the first Valkyrie I bought and it is still one of my favorites. I wish it was easier to find Echo Star plastic, because I really like the idea of recycling some of these discs rather than whatever happens to them when people stop playing and clean out their garages. I'd say it flies just the same as the Star plastic version I have and it matches the flight numbers just fine. Maybe the glide seems a bit higher than listed though. It has held its flight characteristics well considering I've squared up a few trees.

Great control driver for me, my first Valkyrie is in Pro and since then I now own a total of 7! 2P, 3CH., 2 glow CH. These drivers are my workhorse basket seekers! My pros are dead straight and will do any type of shot I give them! I am getting very close to an ace on a couple ace baskets at my local favorite course. The Champions seem to give me just a tad less distance due to more stability but they are breaking in nice now. Always in the bag are my Valks.!

This is a decent disc for a beginner. I got mine mostly because I throw a Beast, which is a slightly faster version of the Valkyrie, but I wanted a durable glow plastic that gave me similar flight characteristic since the Beast doesn't come in Champion Glow. I haven't been disappointed with it, but unless I'm playing a night game, I use the Beast.
