The Halo Star Valkyrie typically flies slightly more stable than standard Star plastic due to its firmer outer rim. It maintains glide while resisting turn, making it more torque-resistant.

One of my favorite discs. I play at elevation a lot. This disc shows a ton of flight differences for me whether I'm playing the mountains in Colorado or at sea level. At sea level it's super flippy. Same disc in the mountains is going straight to hyzer.

I cycle Valks. So I have a brand new halo star always waiting in storage to put in the bag. I've got 2 halos that have 2+ years of seasoning that are lazer beams straight. Then I bag Stars, Pro and Echo Stars in different wears. Can always find one in the used bin for cheap

I bought every plastic of Trail to try to compete for this spot in my bag. The valks were better for me and my grip. It's close though.

I think the glide component is too low. This things will fly forever on the right line.

This is a great option for the stable control driver slot in your bag.  The -2 turn and 2 fade gives great balance in carving fairways and tight lines.  The 4 glide is somewhat underrated because this thing bombs!  This disc easily gets 350 feet with a good pull.  I've greatly enjoyed the halo valk and think it has a spot in my bag for a long time.

I got this along with several other discs trying to find a best, new driver, so I've not used it a great deal yet having my time & throws spread more thinly; but to this point, I don't think I've had a single bad throw with the Valkyrie, and it consistently gives me greater, straight-forward distance than any of my other discs below 11 speed. Good grip and feel to the disc, nice flight path. Likely to start seeing more regular use from my bag.
