The thunder bird is a super dependable high speed fairway driver with tons of glide. The halo star plastic adds more stability to the disc which is what I was looking for. I use the thunderbird for shots in between 320-380 when I can't reach it with my firebirds. Overall, if you're looking for an overstable 9 speed the thunderbird is a go to.
