This disc is straight and easy to throw. this disc can come back like an understable disc when thrown hyzer and never fades back. I recommend this disc for up to beginner and professional and be careful because it can turn when thrown hyzer sometimes with The Mako3 but I get distracted using the disc because the rim looks like a putters normal rim and I accidentally putt with it so don't get distracted using this disc.

Although I do not bag the Mako3, it is a useful disc for many types of shots. The flight ratings appear to be spot on for the disc. If anything, it may demonstrate a little more than a 4 glide. But, if you go with a Mako3, you are looking for a straight disc. Once you learn the disc, it is definitely a straight shooter.

I give it a 4 star because it is a good disc but also demands the right throw. It doesn't take a lot of power to cause it to turn right (rhbh). Therefore, whenever I apply a decent amount of power, I need to begin with the right hyzer angle. Since it isn't as forgiving as some of my other discs, I use it mainly for field practice. It will show you everything you might be doing wrong. Once you learn the disc, you can throw a hyzer, hyzer flip, straight with slight fade if not thrown to hard, and an anhyzer. The disc can make the shot if you can throw it. Overall, certainly worth trying one out to see if it fits your throwing style.

I'm up in the air with this one.  I had one that was amazing held all kinds of lines and and let me take a few other discs out of my bad which was very cool.  Then I dinged a tree and lost it in a lake.  My wife got me another one for x mas.  This thing is wayyyy different.  It has about a -3 turn and I can flip it fairly easy.  I'm not a huge fan.  This latest one is an X out and I don't know if that makes a difference.  I have a few x- outs and they stay pretty true to the regular mold.   Anyone else have this issue? I might get a third? I might go back to a coyote? I don't know...

Got my pops throwing this disc after playing beach frisbee most his life. Really helped me teach him basic form. Throw this disc on any line and it will hold for a long time. Easy to tell if your form/ technique is off. Besides that i have one in my bag slightly understable that reminds me of a buzzz. The feel of the rim is comfortable but the G-Star plastic just felt to flimsy in the heat. Definitely cooler weather plastic.
