Pro-D plastic provides excellent grip at an affordable price but beats in quickly. The Pro-D Heat starts understable and seasons into a very flippy, roller-ready driver.

    Pro-D Details

Pro-D is Discrafts affordable basic plastic blend. This isn't the most durable plastic, but it provides good grip and is very affordable. For old school disc golfers that like to "break in" thier discs for varying flight paths, Pro-D is an excellent choice. It is also one of the most popular blends for putters and is often referred to as "putter line" plastic.

The Heat is an understable control driver with a lot of distance potential.  It's speed makes it able to handle a fair amount of arm without turning too much to control.  It has a TON of glide as well, consistently carrying in the air way longer than I anticipate.  The Pro-D plastic one I have did get beat up pretty quick, so I don't use it much any more, but as a cheap disc, it was well worth a shot.
