I have two of these. The 2014 Ace Race prototype and a misprint Z. It has helped me achieve longer distances off the tee. I love the feel of the  shallow rim depth making it easy to grip and throw. I find this disc between a sidewinder and a mamba. The turn on my ace race is more than advertised. But may be due to being a prototype. I loved this disc so much I purchased a second one. I'd say any beginner should try this disc. Most disc for beginners turn left and hard, but with this disc you'll start developing better form and get S curves with much more distance.

I've had 3 of the Elite Z Heat discs so far and every one has been my favorite at the time. I gave my first two away to my brother and dad because they needed a solid disc to start improving their speed throwing capabilities. The third one was a misprint out of a mystery box. After two weeks it was once again the workhorse of my bag.

The newest heat I got found the chains on a 235' shot for my first ever ace.

I would recommend this to any newer disc golfer who is looking to add a phenomenal disc to their arsonal and begin to throw nice distance shots.
