The Pure is by far my furthest flying putter. I have never used it to putt with as it is too deep, and beadless putters feel better in my hand.

The Pure will go dead straight on whatever line you throw it on, with the slightest hint of fade at the end of the flight. The deep hand feel makes this feel good off the tee, but it will turn over easily on a power grip. Thrown with some height, this disc will simply float all the way down a fairway, not really wanting to get to the ground.

Not much to say that hasn't been said already. This is one of the best throwing and putting putters on the market... I throw the gold line and putt with the zero medium orbit. Dead straight and easy to throw. Everyone should try this disc.

I putt and approach with this disc. It has a very predictable flight and feels great in the hand. You can tell this disc to do anything and it will listen...if you don't overcook you throw. Throw it smooth and watch it go where you want

This is a great putter. Very nuetral. I have both GL and  and opto for throwers and putt anthing under 25" with a retro. The better quality ones are great for working on putter drives. I can now get these out over 275 without turning over. but if I need them to hold the anny they sure will. This said they are not going to hold up in any kind of headwind, without a bunch of hyzer on it.

I've recently purchased a gold line pure, and it's the straightest throwing putter I've ever thrown. I use a P2 for an overstable option, but if I want something to be straight as straight can be with almost no fade, then I pick this up. I can crank this and start to get just a touch of turn, but with a slight hyzer it flies absolutely straight for days. I'm hoping it starts to beat in a smidge so I can buy another and have 2 uses for it.

It took me longer than it should have to pick up the Gold Line Pure, since I love the Pure so much. I think overall it is an extremely underrated disc. I putt with two Zero Hard Pures and use an Opto for drives, upshots, tunnels etc. I normally prefer Opto/VIP/Lucid compared to GL/TP/Fuzion, but with the Pure it works out perfectly.

For some reason, I get better grip when I find gummier runs of the Opto type plastics. For fast release discs this is a lot more important. For upshots, I almost prefer GL because it gives me a little more precision and consistency in my releases.

I compared it to an Opto, both brand new, and they seem to fly pretty similar. In a very light headwind, the Opto seemed to hold strait a little better, but oddly enough the GL seems more stable overall. I would say they perform fairly similar in terms of stability, so reach for whichever plastic feels best. Again, I think the Pure is very underrated and is a fantastic disc for whatever purpose: putting, upshots, driving, tunnels etc. I highly recommend it!

While I have a review about the Zero Hard Pure, I feel like there needs to be a different one for the Gold. One of the reasons I have a Gold Pure was for use as a driving putter so as to not damage the ones I use for putting. This disc has been a great addition to my bag, but I feel that the Gold Line is a fair bit more stable than the Zero Hard. I have thrown both in open fields to compare this and while the Zero Hard will flex a little the Gold requires a much harder throw to get any turn and it usually fades out at the end pretty hard. It needs to be compared more with my Opto to see which one I would prefer to have in my bag
