The Pure is arguably Latitude 64's straightest flying disc. This is disc is an excellent choice for short putts as well as long approach shots. For a pure, controlled flight, consider the Latitude 64 Pure.

I have an opto Pure for approaches and shorter drives, and a zero soft for putting (well, several, actually).  For a straight-ahead spin putter, the Pure is absolutely the goods!  The different plastics can give you ground action or total hit and stick.  Sticks with whatever line you throw it on.  Can be a bit understable if really powered up, but can easily be compensated.

    Great putter!

As a throwing putter, it will go straight and drift to the right a little bit on a RHBH. As a putting putter, you can aim straight at the pole and find metal. Not too glidy, but not too stable. Truly shines for anny putts around trees.

The Pure is a lovely disc. It just is. I have a Zero Soft as well as an Opto and I use them for any backhand shots within around 200 feet. Before I picked up a Pure I was throwing a Luster Invader in this slot. I liked the Invader for point and shoot straight shots, but the Pure feels better navigating the woods.

Pure Zero Soft has been my go to. Very straight, grabs the chains. I have it in Zero Medium and Lucid Moonshine. Good for putt putt and layups.

I can't say enough good things about this disc. I used it for most of a year before it started getting a little warped. I still use it for shorter putts, because it has a great stick to it and if you can get it to hit the chains, it'll stick. Love this disc.

I really wanted to love this disc. I got it at a disc swap and loved the feel of it. I wanted it for putting, but have had some issues with it. This putter has bounced off the chains or out of the basket one too many times to have a permanent spot in the bag. For approach shots it was good, but I have other discs that can do what it did. I may try this in a different plastic as I really like the feel of it.

As a complete beginner I was having issues understanding putting technique and trying to locate a putter that felt natural and not completely foreign to me. I started with an Aviar in a beginner set that never went where i wanted it to go. Then after reading review after review about how amazing Wizards were I purchased a wizard. I found myself completely out of my depth with the wizard as it was too over stable for my beginner form.

I then purchased a Pure. I finally feel confidence in my putting game, well at least as confident as I can as a 3 month beginner. Finally I don't dread shots from 10-15 feet. I can walk up to the basket and know that as long as I don't just completely mess up my release the Pure will go where I want it to go, and go straight. I don't have to compensate for the heavy Fade that the wizard had which was really giving me a lot of frustration. Now I need to learn how to putt from over 15 feet away!

The Zero soft feels very nice and grippy in the hand. However I will say that I left it in my car trunk in my small bag over a hot summer day squished next to another disc in my putter pocket and when I pulled the Pure out it looked like a taco!! I was quite worried I had ruined my brand new putter already! However after putting it back in my trunk and laying it flat, dome side down, it was back to its normal shape 24 hours later from the hot sun again.

I bought a Zero Soft Pure max weight.  I was looking for a a putter/approach disc to fill a niche between my circle putter (Roach) and my midranges. This disc does the job.   The soft Zero just lands and STOPS and if it hits chains it stays put.   It was really WINDY today and I canned a monster putt.   When thrown flat this disc seems impervious to the wind.   This is one STRAIGHT flyer with a SLIGHT fade.

It's not often I try a new disc and several rounds later it stays in the bag.   This disc is staying put in my bag.

    The ratings are accurate IMO.

I got my second ace using this dics on a kinda short drive 260+ feet, it held its anhyzer all the way to the basket but really ran straight

In my opinion pure is the best feeling in a hand for putting. For throwing pure is very straight flying.

The Pure was, for me, an instant classic. I cannot recommend this disc enough to any player on any level. You will find that this disc does indeed have a totally pure-feeling flight, and it will boost your confidence. I have shaved quite a few strokes off of my average round with the addition of this disc.

I currently bag two Pures: One in Zero Soft for approach shots, and one in Opto for drives.

The Zero Soft: I use this disc for any given approach shot from 100-150 feet (unless I need an overstable approach, then its the soft Sinus). I can throw the Pure on any angle, and it will execute it perfectly. Straight, hyzer, anhyzer. I have made at least five 100 foot shots by just giving this Pure a run straight at the basket. The reason I chose the Soft plastic for upshots is that when you hit the ground, it sticks. With my Opto Pure, it could skip and slide almost an extra 10-15 feet. The soft hits and sticks, maybe sliding 3 feet, max. The soft doesn't feel floppy like some other brands soft plastics, too. It is certainly still "soft" in terms of malleability, but it still has great integrity. The grip is great, too.

The Opto Pure: I use this for drives. Throw it with a little hyzer, it will bomb straight for a long way. Throw it flat, or with a tiny touch of anhyzer, it will maintain a sweet gradual turn and come ever so slightly. I can get this Pure around 300-350 feet.

Bottom Line: If you don't use a Pure, you a missing out.

The soft plastic is great, feels very nice and grippy. It grabs the chains quite well and doesn't get too slick in the rain/dew. Flies very straight. I'm able to flick this sidearm from 50'  in, which I have a hard time doing with some lid-shaped putters.
