The Berg is unparalleled: A low glide putter that flies true every time, and will not outdrive the basket. Its aptitude lies in precise landings and eliminating the need for distance control. A distinctive attribute of this disc is its thumbtrack, with a lowered flight plate that almost hugs your hand. Remarkably versatile for both forehands and backhands, the Berg fearlessly accommodates the full extent of your power, steadfast against turnover, and adeptly managing even the most delicate approaches you encounter.

The BERG is awesome. This disc changed the game a bit, and could earn a spot in anyone's bag. It's a disc with very minimal glide. This makes it a really solid approach disc. It also is straight flying, so you will often hear the term "point and shoot" when talking about the Berg. You point it at the basket on a backhand or forehand, and it will fly straight and not go too far. My favorite plastic is the K1 Soft because it tends to sit nicely with little ground play. I love the K1 Soft blend.

The Berg is legendary. I've heard rumors and had to buy one.  I bought an orange K1 line Berg. First impressions, the plastic is amazing.  This is my first Kastaplast disc and I was amazed at the sticky, grippy feel of K1 plastic.  The Berg itself was great as well.  It took a while to get used to the chunky rim, but once you get the feel, it flies true to its numbers.  I find myself using this as a great approach forehand disc... typically from 100 to 150 ft.  It is easy to flick and will not glide past the basket and has a predictable fade at the end. Great disc overall but a little awkward feel at first.

This disc is one of the best discs for the slots it's filling, but it will never make my bag and I will briefly tell you why. It's simply because of the feel of the disc. This disc feels strange in my hand, but it flies amazingly straight and just sits down when it hits. This is probably the most accurate approach disc in the game, but I can't get over the weird feel for this amazing reliability. I would recommend anyone to try out this disc, but beware that you might not like the feel (like me).

best approach disc on the market, without a doubt, super straight with a reliable finish. this thing is a Brick! wind barley affects it and it goes as far as you throw it, no more. not much ground play, great for running the basket from 70-80 feet away. overall great disc could not reccomend enough

Does. Not. Go. ANYWHERE. And I love it.

It feels impossible to throw this thing any farther than 250 (with my arm at least) but I use it as an upshot disc anyway that just dies where it lands. Thumb track took a little getting used to but becomes comfortable very quickly

Pretty point and shoot type of disc within 150 feet, especially for backhand approaches. Can be thrown forehand with a little practice as well. Great disc.

Total cheater disc! Lol! The Berg is the simplest disc to throw because it just goes straight. For tournaments it's fantastic to have a disc you don't really have to put too much thought into. I use it for approaches from 200-260 feet. It's absolute money! It hardly moves once it hits the ground just straight point and shoot! It needs head room if you want to get it out there due to it's nearly non existent glide.

As a putter this thing falls a little to fast for me but as an approach disc it is a very reliable disc that always has a fairly overstable finish and is great for approach flick forehand shots. Have made a lot of throw ins with this disc past 60 ft on a forehand flick and backhand as well for approach shots it always sticks right near the basket and falls right out of the air.

As a putting putter this disc fell out of trying to make it work really quick. Didn't feel right in my hands.

As an approach putter, this disc found a spot in the bag over time.

1 Speed 1 Glide makes this disc an excellent selection for death putts/approaches. I usually use this disc, once a round. If the pin is near water or OB, if it's a windy day, a approach berg prevents overthrows.

Now full disclosure, I play with a cart. My cart as an extra pouch set up which allows me to carry 10 extra discs. That's where this disc is kept. If I can only take my main bag (28 discs) I'm not necessarily bringing this disc unless I know I'm going to need it on the course. But that said, I play 90% of the time with my cart and the Berg follows.

I have bagged the Berg for quite some time now and I would put it up there with the best approach discs in the game.  There isn't a "putter" that I like to rip on forehand, except for the Berg.  I don't understand it, and I've tried other discs "like it," but my goodness I can absolutely crank on this thing FH and BH with no turn whatsoever  Oh, yeah, and it is amazing for touch shots as well.  I don't know how they did it but Kastaplast struck gold.  It is pure magic!

This is the PERFECT upshot disc. Throw it as hard as you want, lands 15ft from the pin.

There's a noticeable thumb track (think "super puddle topped") that feels great for flick upshots although it doesn't feel as great for backhands

This disc flies true to its flight numbers . . . which makes it pretty useless.

It flies like a brick and distance with this disc is nonexistent. Therefore, the berg doesn't find a place in my regular bag.

However, it is an amazing disc for goofy rounds (the point of disc golf is to have fun after all) and the unique look/feel of the berg makes rounds even better! If you get this disc I recommend going out and doing a berg only round for fun!

The berg is a very special putter in my opinion. I throw a lot of my putters forehand (with a split grip) and I fully expected this disc to not perform well for me seeing as the rim is so deep, but on the contrary its really a fantastic disc. the one thing that makes the berg unique is the fact that no matter how hard i throw it, the torque wont flip it or affect its turn in any way. this has resulted in the berg becoming my go to putter for any shot within 260 since i can trust it to handle however much power I give it.

Meme disc but that doesn't mean it's not fun. K1 Line is a super unique feeling plastic, seems pretty durable but also has a great grip, both on the ground to kill skips and in the hand. In this plastic it'll definitely give you some fade at the end. I think this reddit comment says it best: https://reddit.com/r/BergGang/comments/nl6ehq/k3_vs_k1_vs_k1_soft/gzh3d6j/

The only other thing to mention is that this disc does feel pretty deep, even though it's not that much deeper than the average putter (if at all). I think the odd shape of the rim accentuates this, and sometimes when I'm not careful I'll snag a finger on the edge of the disc and throw my shot off pretty significantly.

I've thrown around a K3 before too, it's a much different disc but I'd recommend it if you intend to putt with the Berg. It'll skip a bit more and beat in a bit more quickly.

Well this helped me stay parked on every approach!!

This disc will flight straight until it has no more speed and then dump straight down left (RHBH) or right (RHFH). It does NOT skip, but sticks. Wherever it lands, it will only go about 5 feet further than that. It is my disc for anything inside 200' and need to park it. This disc has not let me down. It feels great in the hand, and I love the K1 Plastic. The 2 fade only occurs at the VERY END of the flight, and it is straight down.

    (Forehand only)

    Love this little guy.

~150' and in approach disc when I need something just a bit overstable to get around a wee obstacle to nestle up near the basket. That low glide assures me I'm not going to cruise past my target.

Seems to handle a good bit of power, flies straight for most of the flight and then gently slides to the right down to the ground with little action.

Despite it's deeper rim, the sunken flight plate make it fit well and feels great in my hand. Even at max weight it feels like the lightest disc in the bag, like an even distribution of material?

    Fine putter too.

    Not a beginner disc.

This disc is terrific for ranging shots. In my bag, this complements my Innova Toro, and it does so beautifully. Neither disc has much glide - so they're both good for ranging - but the Berg being a 1-Speed takes it to an extreme. The lower speed leads to a straighter flight, which is why this fits so well.

If you're just starting out, stick with a Zone-style disc until you have some upshot touch. This disc will not teach it to you, and can be added later.

The Kastablast Berg is certainly a unique disc. Not the craziest disc I've ever thrown, but pretty close. It has an extremely blunted rim shape and little glide. Honestly I expected it to have less glide than it does, given all the hype and the 1-glide rating. But it still flies like a disc... Still you can really yank on it and it has the ability to be thrown with power without turning over, no matter how hard the wind is blowing. It might be one of the few puddle top discs that I can actually throw. Backhand at least. I can't forehand the Berg to save my life because the rim is too strange. The Berg settles up close to where it hits the ground, limiting ground rolls and making it helpful for hard packed and fast greens with danger close to the basket. I wouldn't describe it as "stable", it's almost like we need more words. Because it is a straight flyer, yet gets to the ground quickly without fading... if that makes any sense.

If you haven't tried the Berg yet, it's worth a shot. You may like it!

This is my pacifier disc.  No questions asked.  I'm having a bad round? Pull a Berg out and rip off the tee to get my mind back on the course.   Little bit too long to putt but not enough to grab a mid?  Berg.  I've hit every tree on the course today and just need one dang disc to escape the wrath of my poor throwing?  Berg.

It does everything.  As soon as I bought the K1 I had to immediately grab a couple more in  both K1 and K3.  These discs just do what I need them to do and fill a lot of utility slots in my bag.

If I could only throw one mold for the rest of my life, it would be the Berg. The stability is incredibly consistent across the speed spectrum.  And, it's not over-stable: rather, it's very stable: If I rip a Berg off the tee with no off-axis torque, it will fly straight (maybe a tiny amount of turn with seasoned K3 plastic) or hold its line. At the end, there's fade, but nothing heavy or sharp. (My K3s have become straight finishers).  Because this is a low-glide disc, it drops as its fading, so it's still a finishing-curve shape that leads to accuracy, without being dumpy. This mold is equally agreeable to BH and FH, and I use the Berg for rollers, thumbers, etc. The Berg can do everything ... well, unless you need to throw far or need a ton of glide. I like to put a lot of snap on my short throws, and the Berg handles it wonderfully ... it flies basically the same line with a little less snap but with a a little more fade at the end.  If I put much less spin and more forward-power, its easy to get a nice controllable turnover that flattens up and can even flex out a bit.

Plastics: K1 plastics have the most LS fade. K3 plastics have the best grip, with K3 hard having a touch more LS fade. Regular K3 beats in the fastest and becomes very neutral through the entire flight. K3 is my favorite, but I carry a few Bergs to cover my various needs.

I'll happily putt with a K3 or K3 Hard Berg. If you can put a little more umph on your putts to make up for the lost glide, there's not a putter that feels better in the hand, IMO. And the K3 plastic sticks to the chains.  When I'm wanting a light bag, I'll just use my K3 Berg to putt.

I complement my Berg with something like a Harp/Zone for when I want more flex, a harder fading finish, or 25-50 more feet of distance. I also carry a glidey putter that holds long and soft turnover lines.  But, really, the Berg is what I'm using 90% of the time inside 180 feet.

It will stick and stop where it lands.

Like an iceberg this disc won't move once it touches the ground. I love the disc for 150' approach shots because I can always run the shot and know I will not be more than 20' past the basket - as this disc will NOT roll away. It has amazing grip and feel (K1 plastic is the best) and has a super reliable fade at the end. I am able to power this baby up and get about 200' feet and it will fly flat and then fade left and stick. Love knowing I will not have a risk of roll-aways or skips with the Berg.

    *sigh*

It's good but it should be used as a tool, not a crutch.

After I bought one I do park many more upshots, but this isn't an end all be all approach disc.

Reason being is that it is has a purpose - to drop out of the sky and sit.

Take that how you want, but this is a tool for upshots, not rely on it. Having a touchy approach is a far better way to improve your upshot game than throw a max power Berg to go 100-150'. You need to pair this with a zone or something that has an OS flight.

That said, I use this in the wind all the time when I need to throw an up into a headwind. Recently found a lot of success for headwind putts, C2 step putts, and C3 lofty bids.

It does have the ability to stick where it lands which is fantastic, but also has a thick edge that is prone to rollaways.

Don't expect this to get you on tour, but use it as a tool to get close when the hole/wind calls for it.

The Berg is one of the most thrown discs in my bag. It is one of those discs that turn you into a "fanboy" and you go crazy trying to find them. They have been off the site for a while and as soon as they popped up today I grabbed 3 more of the K3 plastics in blue. The Berg is a fantastic approach disc. It can be thrown forehand or backhand with equal enthusiasm. For me, it is a forehand dream. I use this disc for forehand approach shots for anything under 250 and under. I have a pretty strong flick so I can get it out there. The K3 base plastic is more durable than other baseline plastics such as DX. After it is well seasoned--it begins to form to your grip if you throw it starting your throw in the same spot over and over again as I do. My beat in K3 has developed a small dimple where consent thumb pressure has been applied for those powerful flicks. I also bag the K1 for shots where I need to be able to put a bit more power on them. I find the K1 to be a little bit more overstable than the K3. All and all. You are going to either LOVE this disc or you will not understand the hype. But if you love it... you will become a fanboy too...lol

OH MY LORD this is the disc I never knew I needed. This disc is in it's own league by far. I've never fallen for a disc so quickly.

Feel: So good. Some people may want to say the berg has a "thumbtrack" but it's much more thoughtful than that. I wouldn't describe it as a raised thumbtrack, but instead call it a lowered flight plate (semantics perhaps). It's literally the best feeling disc in my hand. I own over 400 discs and have been actively playing since 2002, and the Berg is the best feeling disc I've ever held. No cap. This thing has smooth edges all around with absolutely ZERO flashing. The K1 plastic is my new favorite premium plastic, hands down. I've blasted mine into some first available trees at full throttle, and you literally have to hold the disc to your face to see any scratches.

Flight: The best ranging disc ever made? Does exactly what it says, which is appealing because you don't have to always back off the power. The lack of flight is the appeal.  A berg literally can't overshoot as much because it doesn't go as far. It truly flies as a 1 1 0 2, which it pretty nuts. Everytime I think it's gonna skip or slide to far... It just stops. It's like it got shot by a sniper and just dies mid flight. There's really nothing like it. So cool.

The Berg needs to be seen and felt to be believed. If for some reason you don't like how it feels, I'm sure your favorite brand will be trying their best to make a Berg replica ASAP (cough cough Innova animal cough cough)

Hoooooly smokes, I love the Berg. Looks no further ladies and gentlemen, your approach game is now taken care of.

You want something that refuses to fly further than 200 feet? Berg.

You want something that will fly dead straight no matter how much torque you put on it? Berg.

You want something to stop where it drops? K1 Soft Berg.

In all seriousness, this disc is amazing, and you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least try it out. And if you don't like it, throw it up on eBay and someone will surely take it off your hands.

    Kastaplast -K1 Berg

Just to pre-frame things, I have been playing more seriously for around 1 year but have played on and off for about 8 years. I am right hand dominant with a pretty even split between forehand and backhand shots. My honest drive distance is around 275-300 feet with a max of around 350 on a good day.

This disc is most useful for approach shots under 200 feet. It DOES NOT glide much. The 1 glide rating is real. But that is what makes this disc shine. Gone are your days of gliding past the basket only to be faced with a tough putt. This thing will just plop down on the line you throw it on. It has some significant low speed stability (at least in the K1 plastic) but when you rip it, it will fly true with some slight fade. One important this to note about this disc is that you must throw it with good power to get the desired distance due to the low glide. If your throw it like other approach disc you will come up shorter than you want every time.

Another great thing about this disc is the profile and feel in the hand. It has a very smooth, round rim (kind of lid-like) which makes it exceptionally comfortable in the hand. There is also a noticeable puddle top which is a hallmark of this disc. The puddle top provides a very comfortable place for your thumb to rest and gives a lot of confidence to grip.

Great approach disc that can help lead to easier putts. Sticks to the ground for less rollaways. Decent in the wind to boot. Fantastic disc overall.

I was skeptical at first, I even took this guy out of my bag for a bit. My second stint with it though has me fallen in love with it. This is a great disc for all golfers!! If you have a bigger arm, this disc will become a workhorse for you with its very controllable distance, accurate flight, and comfortable grip. If you want a premium thrower they have those (I personally throw premium) and if you want a disc that doesn't slide you can get one in a grippier baseline plastic for less ground action. Beginners will also appreciate the same characteristics, this disc does hide form flaws more than other putters though so don't fall into the trap of only knowing how to throw certain discs. Overall a great disc that certainly lives up to the hype.

The Berg is my most used disc within 100 feet (when I'm not putting). The thumb track and rim give the disc an intuitive feel and release. Combine this with the control afforded by the slow speed/ overstability the Berg gets me around corners with control and lets me make runs at the basket from a variety of angles without risking an overly tricky come-backer. Usually I'm tapping or tossing in a no-brainer.

I have found distinct uses for both the K1 and K1 Soft plastics. The K1 is overstable and hyzers or S's out. The K1 Soft thrown hard and straight will hold the line really well as the softer plastic is stable rather than overstable.

Secret Feature of the Berg: the Grenade. Seriously, it's the perfect up and over when you have an obstacle right between you and the basket. The K1 Soft plastic will hit and sit, reducing roll-aways with a good lofty lob. I lay up like this sometimes, especially if I need to get through a tight gap in the woods to access the green or fairway. The narrow profile of the flight increases the probability I hit the gap.

My favorite disc from 150 feet and in, and as I play a lot of courses that has holes around 300 feet I almost never have to use a longer approach disc. I used to use the Harp before and that is an awesome disc for short drives but I think there is a wider margin for error with it going long. The Berg is pretty useless for long drives though as it isn't stable enough to be ripped on.

What more is there to say about the berg? The hype is definitely justified when you make a run at the basket from 100+ feet and only land 10 feet long for a tap-in. This disc is amazing for forehand and backhand alike, but can be uncomfortable in the backhand grip and can get bullied by the wind. Overall, this disc can make up for many bad drives and allow you simple pars on any upshot under 200'. The 1 glide rating is accurate and because of this you will need to try to throw past the basket on upshots. This is now one of my favorite discs and a staple in my bag.

The berg is the best putter game imo. Hands down and it's not close. In k1 plastic it is a great approach disc and holds lines really well before having a nice fade. The K1 soft is the perfect putter, with it's gumminess it's very easy to grip it and get extra power on your putts to increase your distance, especially when trying to put straight on to avoid obstacles. The grip is very unique on this disc but feels really really nice in the hand.

Berg is a fun and unique disc. Very comfortable in the hand, and you won't overshoot your approach shots with this disc. It flies quite straight, and is a good choice for putting or shorter approach shots. Try to put full power on throwing a Berg and it will not go very far, however. I like the K1 plastic, and will definitely seek out a Berg in the other plastic types offered by Kastaplast.

I was told by a friend that he loved his berg because it flew like a frozen hamburger. I decided to order one and test it out for myself. I found out quickly that this disc simply does not want to fly, I can throw it forehand or backhand and I know it will go straight forward and drop towards the ground quickly, It is a fantastic disc when you need to approach in a straight line, or are concerned about overshooting a basket. It doesn't like to roll or bounce after making contact with the ground. It is my go to approach disc within 100ft.

If i were to lose my bag and had to start from scratch- I would start with the Berg. I will go as far to say ti you don't get this disc you have yet to understand the art of disc golf. Like most I have been on a quest to throw 500" for many years( if the wind is right and it's down hill enough i can get there with an accidental throwler- maybe, so far never).Anyway, this disc is great for 200' in. I mean great! like next level great! Open your mind and give it a try. this is my favorite disc of all time......or maybe a Destroyer....or Eagle or Avair3 or A3 or a leopard 3.. OK, No!. it's the BERG.

There is some sort of Swedish black magic with this disc.  Imagine a Rhyno or a Pig that flies straighter, drops faster, and feels like it is massaging your fingers as you hold it.  I have a secret love for this disc but I openly hate it.   All of my disc golf buddies carry this disc and  I watch them consistently nail approaches and putts.  I frequently use it myself and they implore me I should join their Kastaplast ways, but I refuse, though I secretly do yearn for this thing.  I hate it because my disc throwing buddies new and old use this disc and it does them right, consistently, which means they hit shots which means they beat me.  So if you want to have a disc that flies straight, drops fast, and maybe is the best feeling plastic in your fingers this is for you, but realize your disc throwing buddies that don't bag this will secretly resent you.

WOW.  This disc does EXACTLY what you tell it to do.  Its a big, heavy, solid straight flying disc.  This has instantly made me a better short gamer.  the thumb track is incredible too.  The disc fits and feels in your hand like a natural fit.  It gives you the confidence to slow down around the basket and finish a hole strong.  Played two rounds recently one using the Berg as my putter, and the first using my faithful Judge.   Tracking putting only, I dropped four strokes!!!!

10/10 would buy again and love this disc!

The berg has a very unique profile that I cannot really compare to anything else. It is blunt with a raised edge on the top. Good hand feel.

The K1 plastic is elite. Think more glossy/grippy than any disc you have ever felt. Sublime.

If there is 1 upshot disc you should have in your bag then this is it. You are doing your game a disservice if you have not tried this disc.

Do you frequently over shoot the basket leaving yourself with a hard returning putt? I think we all do and this disc helps eliminate that error. The BERG is not long it is point and shoot accurate. If I am within 200 feet I am using it as my point and shoot, sit where it lands approach disc.

I cannot recommend this disc enough.

This disc really feels great in the hand. Comfortable grooves on the top and bottom of the disc which also allows for a smooth release. Strong winds did seem to push the disc down a bit but overall real straight flight all around.

This is a very interesting disc. When I first picked it up, I didn't get it. I tried solely putting with it and it didn't feel as good or fly as predictably as my K1 Reko. However, it's in my bag as a bit of a utility putter, meaning I know it will fly the same every single time on short approaches and will never flip over.

The K1 plastic itself is top-class. It's grippy, firm, and soft at the same time. I wish I could get every mold I own in this plastic! It holds up well, too.

This disc has improved my 200ft and in game so much. It’s straight flight and lack of glide let me really attack that basket. If you really need to rip it a bit of hyzer watch it flip up to straight and just fly.

It's great for short upshots. It does not glide much so it'll sit where it lands. The feel is nice and the plastic is great. It has much more fade than I expected. I was hoping it would be a straighter flyer. Just not a spot I need with my zone. It's slower than a zone but I can always slow my release.

Our crew reviewed the Berg in the K2 plastic which was not available as an option here so I selected K1 by default. The Berg is a great throwing putter! Very overstable with minimal glide. If you want an upshot putter that you can trust to drop and sit where you want it to, pick up a Berg! As for the profile of the Berg, this thing has a very interesting flight plate with a raised rim similar to a thumbtrack putter but without the actual thumb track. Kastaplast's plastics feel outstanding with a great amount of grip and some flexibility.  If you need something for short hooky wooded shots that you don't want to skip. Grab a Berg! This review is for K2 and K3. I have changed Putters a lot... The K2 and K3 Berg seem to fly very similar. So far the grip on both have been fantastic, even when wet. I love the groove to put my thumb into. It has been very accurate at 25 feet. I'll be buying more Bergs.

Favorite approach disc ever.  Feels so much better in the hand for me than a Pig or Rhyno.  Some of my greatest disc golf memories have been made by cashing in some crazy scramble approach shots with my K1 Berg. I have the disc in K1, K2, and K3, and prefer K1 unless it's extremely cold, then I'll bag my K2 instead.  While I love K3 plastic for say, the Kaxe or the Reko, I don't like it as much for the Berg because the shape of the disc is very different, the K3 slopes down from the thumb groove into a flat puddle, whereas the K1 and K2 will slope back up, making overall shape of the disc this very unique shape that I love.  It's not completely dissimilar to an unrolled condom, just with a less-pronounced reservoir tip haha.

My K1 Berg is the best FH approach disc I've ever used. It's slow, has a lot of HSS & just sinks out of the air for a very accurate approach to the basket. I go to the Berg so much for effortless FH approaches that I know won't shoot past my target. I used to use a Zone for this role. I prefer the Berg because of how slow & glideless it is where the Zone was too much disc to get that touch I needed.

The K1 plastic reminds of Innova Star. It's really durable & has good grip.

This is the first non-USA made disc I've ever used. Kastaplast (Sweden) did a great job with this unique mold. If you're looking for a FH approach disc then give the K1 Berg some attention.

Very unique disc.  The rim is VERY odd.  I'd say it could be a deal breaker but honestly I've gotten used to it.  What I like this disc for is approach shots under 75% power.  It just falls down flat.  So once it hits the ground there isn't much ground play.  I don't like this as a long thrower, just to awkward of a feel.  So if you want an approach disc that will just sit and die where it hits the ground get this.  If you want a thrower, look elsewhere :D

This disc has great grip and flexibility. Feels comfortable in your hand and good for short or long putts. Flies straight and handles well. I prefer the K2 plastic line which is a more flexible plastic. Great for winter or cold areas.

This disc is probably the best approach putter ever released for a straight shot. Flicking these are truly a wonderful experience, they will not turn over like the rhyno's do and those are supposed to be more stable. Having it in k3 as well helps for softer landings a less painful tree kicks. Truly a staple in every bag if people would try them.

K1 172g. I really like this disc as it is truely unique. It has a frisbee like feel and is a large disc. It handles wind well and really hits the ground and sticks. If I am concerned about a disc rolling or skipping then I am hands down throwing the berg. I've heard other people say this disc can roll a lot, but mine does not roll away and it does not skip. Ever. Also, while it's not my preferred putter, it is very serviceable. Kastaplast's plastic is awesome too!

The Berg has doubled my putting success rate... not super impressive as I was not previously world-class putter but a 'wow' thing nonetheless.  I will never NOT have one in my bag during a scored round ever again.  Previously I used Whales, Rhynos, Judges, Wizards and various slow or understable mids in various plastics for putting with limited success.  I will still use those as shot-shaping driving putters or for putts at Hail Mary distances, but at 60' the Berg is money for the way I putt.  I only have K1's right now but I feel some K2's in my future (not that the K1 is lacking... it grips chains well... I just prefer stiffer putters and elected to go K1 initially).  If you throw hard and straight at the chains this maybe your putter, too.  Its stable with essentially no turn and a forward gradual end of flight fade.  If you miss the chains it won't glide too far or roll.  Its not as great putting into strong headwinds as I imagined it would be, but that is in no way a knock against it.  Its way better than a Wizard into the same headwind.  Awesome putter!  Probably a great approach disc someday, too, but I have not yet mastered ranging this beefy bad boy at long distances.  It has little speed and less glide so I end up short or over-power it and end up too long.
