Teebird was one of the first discs I threw back in high school like many new players. You really can't say enough good things about it. This review is specifically for the star plastic. I don't know if it was just the particular F2 run from Innova, but I find the Satr Teebird to be much more understable than other plastics. Mine brand-new immediately flips with the slightest bit of torque. A wonderful option for newer players to find a hyzer-flip to straight disc, and for people that have that beginner-intermediate arm speed (Like me) it can create some really long and "glidy" s-shots. I'll leave another review under the champion plastic which behaves much differently, but overall you can't go wrong with a teebird!

The teebird or teebird3 will always be the discs I recommend for a player that has grown out of throwing a leopard as their main driver. It's also a disc that will stick with you indefinitely. Easily my most thrown fairway and now that I'm throwing harder it tends to go straight for the entire flight. Or holds turn if I power up.

The more I throw the Innova TeeBird, the more I am loving this disc! I can definitely see which this is a staple Innova disc. I have the TeeBird in Star plastic which has the really nice combination of grip and durability. The TeeBird has a really nice straight flight path which I find super useful on the wooded holes of my local course. I do find that if I really rip on this disc I will see a little mid-flight turn before fading back at the end of the flight, however that said, even on windy days I have confidence that this disc will hold its line.

The forehand shot is not my strong suit, but the TeeBird has a nice feel in the hand for a forehand and can stand up to the off-axis torque I can put on it.

All and all the TeeBird is a super useful fairway driver to have on the course, and I am finding more an more shots where I reach for it. I highly recommend the TeeBird for anyone looking for a reliable, straight flying, slower end fairway driver.

The Teebird is just a classic disc that everyone needs in their bag. (Talking about a champion Teebird) If you need a super straight shot with a slight fade at the end, this is the disc. It is my absolute go to disc. Thrown with a little anhyzer it will stay slightly turned over til the end where it tries to fade back and thrown on a hyzer it will keep that line with some extra fade at the end. I would love to test out the Teebird in all the different plastics. I could definitely see someone using just Teebirds in different plastics and different stages of ware for fairway drivers.

I am a recreational player and the disc flies true to the flight numbers (7,5,0,2) for me.  This a a great disc to flex on forehand and keep the disc in a narrow tunnel or flex around a tree to come back with a consistent fade.  I use it mainly forehand but I do use RHBH as well here I also put a bit of anhyzer most of the time to get a bit more length and straighter flight but with the nice consistent fade at the end.  I think it's a great multipurpose disc to have in the bag for when you need 270-280ft but not 350ft (max distance for me is 350ft).

One of the best discs out there. straight out of the box it has more stability compared to the numbers but thats typical for every disc. after it breaks in it throws nice and straight with reliable fade. it has a very comfortable rim and flat top. pretty much a perfect fairway driver.

I needed something more OS than an FD, and this was the most recommended disc. I started bagging it and got my first Ace with it a couple weeks later. $$$!

I have a 167g Factory Second Star Teebird, which I use primarily as part of my "windy weather" set.  It does very well in a headwind.  The numbers are relative values of course, but I find the Teebird's fade to be a bit stronger than the advertised "2".

I personally use the TL instead of the Teebird, but the Teebird is still an excellent disc that deserves its distinction as a "classic" disc.  It's not for beginners, however, and I recommend getting one only after learning and developing one's form and throwing technique.
