Metal Flake Champion Teebirds are slightly more stable than standard Champion. The added flakes stiffen the plastic and help maintain fade longer.

Flies true to numbers with a touch more fade then a reg champion. Mine had some flashing and a sharp edged bottom, rubbed it on a wooden picnic table, problem solved. Felt more like my old seasoned straight tee bird. I'm hoping this keeps its flight as a finisher for 6+ years like my old champ did, which so far 1 year it hasn't changed tune with tree hits and spike hyzers.

As a 1year/2season player:  disc is true to numbers, except maybe for the glide, which is less, imo. But less glide is to be expected when it has more fade (but that still doesn't make it a 5glide).

It goes straight, with a really good fade.  It understandably has more fade than my FD in same/similar plastic, and much more than a Hawkeye in GStar, but doesn't go nearly as far as either.

This is a wind-fighter at 7armspeed, also good for a straight shot with a wide-sweeping fade at the end, to reach far left of the original path.

While you could use many overstable discs to fight the wind, imo, one with a bead, is designed to slow down very fast and start to fade, losing distance.  The intent here was to find one with a 2 fade that didn't have a bead, but still overstable, designed for more distance.  That was my rationale - although, my strategy still didn't get me the glide I was hoping for.

This was the first disc that I felt like I was accurate with while using my FH. On a BH I can get this to go 300 pretty easily and with great control. While I feel like the fade numbers are correct, I do think it handles wind better than the numbers suggest. This is a solid disc for small fairways and will give you a nice s-curve when you need it! If I was building a bag with 5 or 6 discs for a beginner, this would be one of them for sure.

I have the Teebird in the Metal Flake plastic (168g) and it has been nothing short of perfection.  There isn’t a single low speed driver out there that flies the way this one does.  Forehand, backhand, overhand (thumber), or however you throw it, it’ll work. I can’t tell you how many shots I’ve sunk from long distances with this disc, it’s just so accurate.  I’m still fairly new so I use this disc around 250-300 give or take and it always lays itself right under the pin or in the basket.  Can’t say enough good things about the Teebird, highly recommend this to any beginners and or advanced players for its accuracy and control.

I love this mold in every plastic i've got it in (DX,Star,Champ,Metal Flake). I do find that the DX and star have beat in to be almost under-stable, so I purchased the two champs and they are slower to beat in and more over-stable then I remember my first two being, which I found great cause they all get to stay in the bag!

The Teebird has been one of my favorites since I started.  I was always able to count on the stability and it had a great feel for my forehand game.  One day, I lost my champion Teebird and I had to replace it.  I bought a Metal Flake Champion because I liked how it looked.  It is just a tad more stable than my original Teebird and I love it even more.  It is my main fairway driver and can count on it to perform in just about any weather conditions.

A metal flake TeeBird was one of the first two discs I ever bought from Infinite Discs (other was a metal flake Thunderbird). At first it was pretty stable for me (I was expecting it to go very straight) and eventually took it out of the bag. Now, a year later, my game has significantly improved and it is back in the bag. It is a bit beat in, but it goes pretty straight for me now. This disc/plastic will last a long time and can take a beating.

The Teebird3 McBeth Tour Series is easily the best looking disc I've ever seen. I'm tempted to get a 2nd one for no apparent reason. Hit the pin on my first huck with it. It's gonna be bagged for life.
