This is my go-to turnover disc.  Unlike a lot of my other discs this one is really easy for me to turn over.  It says it's a 6 glide but that hasn't been my experience though.

There comes a point where a disc becomes such a part of your bag that you start to carry two or three of them at a time.  A lot of people carry Rocs in a similar way.
I know everyone loves destroyers and I'm confused as to why Shryke don't get more love.  The mold is more consistent, it's faster, straighter, and flies farther.  I feel like carrying a Boss and a Shryke covers the overstable to stable distance part of your bag.  Throw them forehand and backhand and ur good all the way around.
Now... if you have lower arm speeds or you are just starting out...you may want to avoid this one because you aren't going to get the -2 turn out of it.

My first one was an 170 gram Champion Glow X-Out, got it just for the glow factor at first, for my kind of understable distance driver shots, turned out to be a reliable bomber, one of the discs that taught me how to throw hard and flat, once my form got better, started to turn the 170 grammer over a bit.

Here is a bonus review for the Pro Shryke, since there was no option for that. After my Champion glow Shryke, I ordered a 175 gram Pro Shryke, and for a while it had the perfect amount of stability. It took a few unfortunate gouges that seemed to make it's flight a lot more understable and touchy, but it's still in my bag, still has a lot of glide, flies a bit straighter now, people have been impressed, would highly recommend one.

I wanted the more consistent flight of my new Pro Shryke, but didn't want to have one beat in so quickly again, so I recently picked up a new Champion Glow Shryke 175 grams, and it has a very nice flight, a bit more stable than a new Pro, haven't tried a Star, but still able to get enough turn out of it, most likely will go in the bag after more field throwing. Love the mold, a great go-to driver for great distance.

    Love how this disc flies!

I have pretty average power; 300-320' usually. Sometimes it's tricky to find the right balance of stability on full-power shots--too stable and I can't get any turn out of a disc, too understable and I overpower it and it turns into an unintentional roller. Often until a disc is beat in, especially if it's heavy and in Champion (one of the more stable options) plastic it won't turn well for me. Not so with the Shryke: brand-new, 175g, Champion plastic it gives a sweet S-line flight!

I have this is 175g Champion.  The disc is true to its numbers, has a nice S-Turn and finishes just a little left.  I use this for max distance shots where I have room to throw a big flex shot, and this disc will GO on a flex shot.   The rim is very wide though, it is manageable but not what I would call comfortable.  The Destroyer has only a very slightly smaller rim but it is noticeable for me and more comfortable.  On days where my release is not consistent I don't go for this disc as the wide rim and 13 speed requires a very good throw to get the intended flight.  Would not recommend for a beginner or anyone with slower arm speeds.
