I've had many a Shryke and I have lost a few because they go so dang far! At least for someone like me. I'm a little older and don't have super fast arm speed. I feel like this disc is becoming something of a cult classic for what it can do for folks like me. It goes fast and far and is quite understable. You need to respect the understability and  get a good read on the wind for this disc. It's a tail wind/downhill bomber and does great low skip shots that penetrate forward. This thing must roll for days!

Like all discs, the plastic makes a huge difference. I prefer the Luster plastic. Specifically the new Jessica Weese model. It adds a little more stability like Champion  with a grip similar to a stiff Color Glow blend. And it looks cool. I don't throw it all the time but, when the shot calls for it, The results are good with a Shryke. Shrykelife!
