My TL3 is a Star F2 disc at 170g.  My disc has a little less dome than a standard TL.  For me the distance I get is similar to the TL which is typically in the 300-330' range.  This disc is great for straight at it shots.  When thrown properly this disc will go straight with very little fade. The fade is there but a bit less than a Teebird.  For slower arms this disc will likely act like a Teebird for you until you can get it up around the 300' range.

Not much to say other than the disc is comfortable bother backhand and forehand, has a low profile, a thin rim and is easy to throw.

I really loved this disc as a beginner. For the most part, it was very forgiving when I threw nose up and wouldn't fade too hard to the left. However, as my arm grew stronger the disc became a little understandable, but still retained the classic reliability of the teebird/tl3 line. The GStar plastic might make it more undertstable than other plastics. Ultimately, the disc was a staple in my bag before I lost it at Pinto Lake for tunnel shots, straight flicks, anhyzer flicks (for getting around a tree without going too far left or right), and precision fairway shots. Overall, this disc is an amazing addition to your bag as a high speed, laser precise fairway driver.

i had a 173 Gstar  T:3  it was a good straight disc that was pretty easy to throw but always had a bit too much fade for what the flight numbers were,  so if you are looking for a nice straight easy to throw fairway driver with reliable fade this is the disc for you.
