My absolute favorite fairway for both sidearm and backhand.  Anything i dont feel comfortable reaching with a BUZZZ or Alpaca has me reaching for the Leopard3.  I truly wish Luster was more commonly made in these, as it has just a touch more stability for my tunnel shot sidearms.

I have two Leopards3s in my bag, one in star and on in luster champ. The luster is easily the most trusted disc in my bag. I can throw this dead straight on a low line and get nearly zero fade. Great in the woods. Has enough stability to come out of flex shots and pretty aggressive anhyzers. It will take full power rips without turning and burning, assuming there is not much head wind. Takes forehands no problem. Probably comparable to an S-line FD in the Luster plastic.
The star is truer to the numbers and is great for turnovers and hyzer flips. Very workable for tight tunnels and woods holes. If I lost either of these two discs, I would immediately replace them with another Leo3. The Lusters aren't as easy to find but I would guess a normal champ would be plenty close in stability. I bag these with a Teebird, Eagle, or Instinct for my speed 7s depending on the course and wind.

The Luster Leopard3 is my favorite disc for woods golf.  Mine is 175 g and is incredibly stable, especially compared to my 167g star (which I use as my understand complement to this one).  Thrown hard and flat, this disc won't so much turn as it will hold a straight flight FOREVER before fading at the end.  It will also slightly correct on a hyzer flip for a straight flight with a harder fade at the end.  I throw this for when I need an absolutely straight shot with some room to fade at the end where I can throw it hard and trust it to hold its line and not flip.  It's also great for soft flex lines.  I sits in my bag between my flippy Leopard3 and my beat Teebird.  I'm reaching for this disc any time I need a precision drive.  Reminds me more of an FD than a Leopard3.

I was a big fan of the Leopard3 mold to begin with, but Drew Gibson's Luster Leo3 has put it over the top. Great for piping shots straight up the fairway with 75% power, or crank it all the way up to get a smooth, controllable flight that will finish clean. Thanks so much to Innova and Drew for letting these out into the wild, they are amazing discs!
