The Halo S-Blend Sphinx adds a touch of overstability compared to traditional S-Blend, making it easier to control in moderate wind while preserving the glidey, hyzer-flip character of the Sphinx.

This disc sounded perfect with the numbers. I throw about 300 on with the occasional 350. Being at elevation I am used to discs being more stable but this one was quite a bit more stable than expected. I tried it in Halo S blend and I blend and both were more stable than I had hoped. If that was the only issue then I would have been ok with it but I also really dislike the hand feel. the bottom of the wing is rounded. Pretty similar to an Innova IT. I'm guessing for someone who likes the feel and is looking for a neutral driver then this could be for you but I was hoping for a hyzerflip disc and it didn't fill that slot for me.

Just got this disc and I think it's going to become a reliable go to understable driver.

    170g Halo S-blend - great disc

My two main control drivers are the Infinite Scepter (overstable) and the Infinite Sphinx (understable). I already had a S-Blend Sphinx, and since it is my favorite I recently bought it in the Halo S-blend. This is a beginner friendly understable driver with a ton of glide. I love the S-blend plastic for drivers and the Sphinx is a comfortable disc to throw. Even a slower arm can hit the 9 speed to get this disc going. I also think it is one of my best looking disc with the new artwork in a black/pink dye.

I have a tendency to throw with some hyzer (10-20%) on my disc, so throwing an understable disc helps to adapt for that.
