I got a Roman because I loved the flight of the PD, but not necessarily the hand-feel as much. Figured I would try out the Roman since they have the same flight numbers, and so far I'm not disappointed.

The Roman is slightly more flippy than the PD, in a heavy headwind this disc turned right over and held the panning drift through 90% of the flight. Stable enough to not burn over, but definitely was a lot more turn than I expected.

still, a great disc and I'm happy to bag it.

The Roman is an incredible disc, certainly one of my favorites right now. It is dependable and stable, but has great glide for its stability. It is pretty comparable to the Discmania PD, personally it feels a tiny bit slower than that in the hand for me but it is very similar. I've thrown it in headwinds and it has held up, and on normal calm days it is very predictable and reliable.

This disc really took my breath away, as a "Power Driver" I really expected much more stability and that may because I have only thrown C-Line PD's, and don't get me wrong this thing is stable. I picked up a swirly s-blend and a halo from EO when the tour came through and took them to the course next day and after a few throws I knew I had to make room in the bag. *Both these are stamped 'RONIN' so for future runs if they restamp them I'd expect varience.*  The Halo is definitely the most stable of the two (10,4,0,2.5) basically wanting to hyzer as soon as it can, not a full beefcake, maybe more of a beef cupcake, super great in the wind. Where the Swirly S-blend (10,5,-0.5,2) stands up a bit and carried straighter for longer but also beat in to hold a little turn after a few month of play (I play 5 days a week on average) both are fantastic and definitely recommend for intermediate+ players

I used to throw Innova made PD's, but since they were discontinued the Roman has fit that spot in my bag perfectly. I think this disc is incredibly underrated. While most runs I have experienced are stable to over stable I believe that this disc is great for every level of player. The Roman is a perfect step down from an emperor or any of the distance drivers one might bag. You get both distance and control out of a 10-speed disc which is a spectacular combination.
