The Maverick has a spot in nearly every player’s bag. The Maverick's smaller rim offers controllable fairway speed and straighter flights for slower arms, with trustworthy anhyzers and slow turns for experienced players. The Maverick is great in the woods with low ceilings and tunnel shots.

This disc is surprisingly reliable and can be shaped rather easily. I have a pretty moderate arm speed and when I throw this disc with about 60-70% power, I can get it to fly dead straight with no chance of turning over. I can also use this as a bomber disc for flex lines in the open and almost similar to a Comet in the woods in terms of easily shaping flex lines with some distance. I got this disc because it was on sale as a Misprint here on Infinite Discs, and I am already thinking about picking up a second one. I don't know if beginnners will get much use out of this disc, but players with at least a little bit of experience all the way up to seasoned vets can find a spot in their bag for this disc!
