The Dynamic Discs Judge was an instant success in the Dynamic Discs line. This is a stable go-to putter with a large bead and an ultra-straight flight path. It is one of the top selling disc golf putters and works well for both putts and approach shots.

My go-to circle 2 putter for the way it stays in the air and holds its line. After a little beating in it never fades and is very flippy when throwing, but perfect for long puts.

For a long time this has been my go-to putter. It provides an extremely reliable flight path, and I would continue to use it as my main putter, but sometimes the fade feels a bit more than I'd like. I've started to only reach for this disc as a putter when I have an obscured look at the basket and need some arch to the throw. Still, this disc is going to be in my bag for a long time until I solve which putter I'd actually like to use consistently.

I have two Judges, one is 174 grams which is a Lucid Judge, and one which weighs 175 grams in Classic Soft plastic.

    Lucid Judge

This disc is so reliable and consistent, I can throw it flat and know that it won't turn over into the ground.  It flies straight with a soft finish to the left.  The Lucid plastic is pretty stiff and has the perfect amount of grip for a throwing putter, not so slick I will release it early, but not so grippy it comes out late. I also love how it looks, it is probably the best looking disc I have ever seen. This is currently my favorite driving and approach disc.

    Classic Soft

I got this disc in classic soft because I am not a fan of throwing stiff plastic in the cold weather. It is quite a bit more understable than my Lucid Judge, I will usually throw the Classic Soft Judge with hyzer, which makes it flip up to flat and go straight, whereas I would throw the Lucid Judge flat to get it to go straight.  The Classic Soft plastic feels perfect when it is below 40 degrees outside, although now as the days are getting warmer I am liking the feel of it less and less. One plus about the Classic Soft is that it grabs the ground really well and it unlikely to skip or slide much. I usually don't keep the Classic Soft version in my bag except when it is cold out or if I am going to a course that I know has many slick greens.

I love the Judge for all of my approaches inside 200 feet or so, I would highly recommend this disc for any player looking for a straight and reliable approach disc or for people who like glidey discs for putting.

I once played a Putter Only round where we could chose only one putter to drive, approach, and putt with. My choice for this round was a Classic Soft Judge. This was a winner takes all the putters round with 4 other dudes. I left that day with 4 new putters. I believe that speaks to how good the Judge is! Get one!

Tried just about every other putter out there and eventually came back to the judge.  This classic soft is a bit more stable than the other versions of this disc.  It grabs chains like a champ and rarely roles far after a missed putt (a very important thing).  All in all my favorite putter, also it's a very good thrower because of that added stability.

Ill say that I love how the judge flies.  What I hate (which brings down the stars) is the calssic soft plastic.  I love the classic, and classic blend.  I put with both, but prefer the blend as it is a bit stickier but still quite stiff.

The soft plastic is one and done when it comes to nailing trees.  I use the judge on anything 200 and under, and if i crush a tree at full power it literally pushes in the plastic, causing a recess you can not just flatten out.  The flight characteristics will remain similar for a while, but it feels so off in the hand it is just too odd to throw afterwards.

The Judge just didn't work in my hands.  I prefer a more low profile rim and the Classic Soft sometimes seemed to bounce off the chains, leading to (seemingly) more chain-outs.  I have nothing bad to say about it, as most people like or love it.  It just didn't work in my hands.

Had a Classic Soft Judge for close to a year. It felt great in my hand and worked well despite me being terrible at putting at the time. Eventually my Judge became too warped to use anymore, but that was from me storing and crushing it in my backpack. Nowadays I'm using a star Aviar which hits chains with near surgical precision. I'm considering getting either a Judge or Warden to complement the Aviar, but this time maybe in not as soft plastic. Great, solid putter all in all. I was told by some more seasoned players that the Judge is a straight rip-off of the Wizard mold, but I've used both and found little resemblance in feel, form, or flight between the two.

The best putter I have ever used. I instantly improved my scores. As I change my putting style I am going to get another Judge. I have the soft so the standard classic will be my next choice.

The Judge is the first putter that I picked up after getting into disc golf with the classic Innova 3 pack.  My Aviar wasn't quite doing what I wanted and I was recommended the Judge by some friends in the local DG club.

I picked up a Classic Soft, but also a Classic.  I prefer the soft for longer putts as well as some of the shorter midrange shots.  It flies perfectly straight when thrown right, or you can get it to fade a little if you would like.  I've improved my score by quite a bit with the Judge.

The harder plastic Classic is also good.  I like it for closer shots when I need to smash the chains and stay in.  I've found that the soft Judge risks hitting the chains too lightly and falling back out, but the Classic hits hard and stays.  It flies just as straight as the soft.

Both are great discs to use.  I haven't tried much else since getting the pair of Judges and don't see a need to.

I was reading the reviews and one of them said this disc has the potential to replace the reviewers wizards. This disc DID replace my wizards! I'm really impressed with how this disc performs.

I never thought anything would pry the Wizards away from me and my putting game. But the Judge is taking a pretty good run at it. It's shallower profile allows it to get out of the hand a little easier, and it's just such a predictable disc. The classic soft plastic is great off the tee for me, and the blend plastic is SO much like Gateway's eraser plastic. I really, really love the Judge. Not quite as stable as the Wizard, but I'm much more effective with it from the edges of the circle.

If you like beaded putters, the Judge is an excellent choice. In Classic Soft, it's very grippy and feels great to hold. It's a chain grabber for sure. It flies laser straight out of the hand. It's become my go-to putter within the circle and for shorter approach shots.

The Judge is an excellent all purpose putter. The classic soft plastic feels awesome. This disc is very comfortable, has an incredible grip, and is great for putts, approach shots, and short drives. This disc flies straight and has very little fade, but doesn't easily turn over either. Put it on an anhyzer line and watch it curve around the tree and land right by the basket. If you're looking for a good all purpose putter with a great feel, you won't go wrong with the Judge.
