Great hand feel on the classic blend, nice and grippy with a big bead on the bottom. If you're not on grassy course it will pick up dirt/sand with ease so bring don't forget to bring a towel. The Judge is one of my favorite driving putters as it wants to glide and doesn't fade out very hard.

This was my go-to putter for the past several months. It's fairly stable and I was okay with it. However, I tend to have a hyzer putt so any wind ruined my chances of hitting the basket and sticking. I decided to switch putters, but this could be a great choice for those who likes beaded putters and don't have the hyzer problem.

Best putter. I really like the gippyness of the classic blend and classic soft. The moonshine judge does not glow very well, but I bag it too. The prime plastic beats in quickly, and it quite firm. Be careful to understand that the EMac Judge IS NOT a Judge. The Judge is beaded. EMAC has no bead. I like the feel of the bead for stabilzation in hand.

The judge can hold some pretty good lines, and can fly very straight. Put it on an anhyzer and it will hold the line and fade lightly at the end.

I highly recommend trying the Judge. I'm glad I did, and it's all I putt with now.

Classic Blend plastic - its fairly flexible but not so much that it is floppy. Stiff enough to get good releases but not so firm it's slipping out or getting any skip.

The judge is classic blend feels super nice. I have been using a classic blend judge to putt with for over 2 years now. While putting it has super nice glide and doesn't have too much face. When throwing it holds any line you put it on and even when thrown full power it doesn't turn over. For a long time the judge was the longest flying putter in my bag.

Back when I was searching for my putting putter I gave these a spin and honestly, I hated it. The feel in the hand at the store was great, but on the course it was a whole different story. I played maybe 3 rounds with them and took them out of the bag and moved on.

However! Fast forward a few years and I was looking for a new throwing putter. I saw some instagram videos of Paige Shue throwing these and thought I'd check it out again, this time in a premium plastic. I picked up a Lucid Judge and I absolutely love it for throwing off the tee. Instant bag. The glide on these is no joke. It goes so far for a putter! Lucid plastic also feels and looks amazing. Like a grippier, slightly flexible Champion. Mine has a sprinkling of tiny metal flakes in it too.  It's stable enough that it doesn't turn on me, just hit the line and rides that amazing glide. I actually have to scale it down a bit on some holes that used to be putter holes for me, I've sent this flying past. I would love to try this in some other DD premium plastic blends.

I didn't like these for putting, which is why I give 4 stars, but that doesn't mean you won't. It's a very popular putter and worth trying if you're looking for your forever putter. Putting is mostly feel and personal preference and these just didn't gel with me. I don't like a putting putter with too much glide - I find it harder to control. However, for everyone, especially those who've given up on the Judge - give these a try as a thrower in premium plastic. They're phenomenal.

The Judge is a great disc because it can be the first disc you ever buy and the last one you'd look to replace. As a putter it does everything you would like a neutral beaded putter to do, and as a thrower it has really solid glide with not a lot of movement one way or the other. Although I throw and putt with other putters, I always keep a Judge handy for when I am introducing a new player to the sport or if someone needs to borrow a disc for a casual round.

The Judge is a great putter and it's the putter I recommend to all beginners that ask my opinion. I always recommend the Judge because you can use it as a putting putter (unless it's super windy) and a driving putter. The Judge was my first putter, my brother gave me one when I first started playing frequently, and it stayed in my bag for years! Off the tee, when thrown with power it will fly straight as an arrow, and when putting it gave me a ton of confidence because even when I would miss with it, it always had the same flight path. So it allowed me to develop a consistent stroke, which was huge for me personally because I used to be so bad at putting. About 3 years ago I retired my Judge because it just got too beat-in. I switched over to AviarX3's because I got a great deal on 5 of them and they give me even more confidence when putting (untill my stupid ass found out that the AviarX3 is a DRIVING PUTTER!!) but the Judge is still my driving putter of choice and one of my favorite discs and I think every beginner out there should have one!

After using the same KC Aviar for 7 years and never understanding how people could throw putters a decent distance (probably because it's so beat up at this point and turns over immediately), a friend lent me one of his Judges for a round - what a difference. This is a disc that I can usually throw to around 225-250 from standstill and trust that it will just go straight and land flat.

The biggest selling point for me on the Judge was the shallow rim depth, which goes a long way in letting me power grip it and release without any wobbles if I'm throwing compared to discs with taller rims. The classic blend plastic so far has been pretty durable with a good amount of grip, which is also great.

For putting specifically, this is one of my best flying putters for spin puts, and consistently flies well.

The blend judge is the most comfortable, slow-speed putter for straight shots I've ever felt. This is mostly due to the plastic, and also because I like the bead; try out a warden if you don't like a bead, it's basically the same disc.

I use this disc for relatively straight shots inside around 240ft. For anything more understable I'll use an XT Colt and for anything more overstable I'll use a VIP Maiden. I also don't have a strong jump putt, so I'll use the blend judge for floaty runs at the basket around 70-80 feet and out.

I've tried prime and classic plastic, but I love the give the blend plastic has. The comfort from this plastic is like no other plastic I've felt. If you're thinking of trying out a judge, get blend plastic. Only reason I haven't tried soft plastic is because I feel it would act significantly more understable and I like the stiffness of the blend plastic.

When I first started playing disc golf, I kept hearing about the Judge and how it was such a great putter. It became the first disc that I got outside of my starter kit and has been with me since. I now have three different Judges that I rotate in my bag depending on my preference each time I play. For me, the Judge is the gold standard for putters.

The Judge in classic blend plastic is my go to putter. The bead allows for a comfortable grip. The blend plastic is grippy without being overly sticky. The Judge flies dead straight on drives, with only the slightest fade at the end. Exactly what you want in a putter.

I use this putter for putting only.  The classic blend plastic is very nice, a little soft and grippy, but not doesn't bend or deform like other softer putters.  The flight of the judge is fantastic.  It has a lot of glide and doesn't have a hard fade at the end like most bigger beaded putters.

If you like beads and want a putter with a straighter flight with awesome glide, this is your putter.

The classic blend judge is my favorite putting putter. I tried putting with soft first, then tried classic, and settled on this medium blend. I prefer a putter with a bead, which this one has. It also has good stability, so when putted hard at the basket, it goes straight. For throwing, they also have great stability and glide. I can throw these as hard as I want (with a little bit of a hyzer release), and they flip up and fly flat dead straight for about 225-250ft for me.

A friend let me borrow this disc recently and I loved it! I especially liked this disc off the tee, I could keep it nice and straight. As for putting, I have been trying to stick with just one, but I did like the feel of this putter for spin putts both in and out of the circle. Overall, if I am ever looking for a new putter, I will probably give this a shot!

I love the Judge in Classic Blend at 175 grams is my go to putter. I haven't tried all of the putters out there, but I love this one. I feel confident in putting this in the wind with enough spin and love the feel of the classic blend.

I used to throw a lucid one for approach's but have since picked up a harp and kc pro aviar and prefer those for the putter approach shots.

I believe the Judge is the best neutral putter on the market, even better than the Aviar.

In my experience, they beat in pretty fast (I've bagged Prime, Classic, Classic Blend, Prime Burst) and at that point will hold whatever line you throw. They can withstand arm speed. They can fight the wind without popping up. They can hyzer, anhyzer, sidearm, backhand, you name it. I've used this disc for some truly strange shots to get out of trouble.

If you are a beginner, skip everything else. Buy a Judge and get it up to 250 feet. I promise.

If I was forced to literally only play disc golf with one disc, it would have to be the Classic Blend Judge.  Before I got this disc I was in the familiar territory of putter-hopping, carrying 4 different molds with me and not sure what was going to work.  I was actually going to try out a Gateway Wizard, but my local shop didn't carry them and I grabbed a blend Judge out of a sale bin.  My putting game changed drastically from that point on.

The Judge didn't cause me to bang chains overnight, but it was the first putter with which I felt able and comfortable developing my own putting style.  The straight flight with a touch of stability is not only perfect for my game, but helped me create a neutral putting stroke that I can adapt to other putter more easily. The amount of glide also makes it incredibly easy to use within 50' without feeling like I need to throw it hard into the basket.

Speaking of glide, that's really the key to this putters success off the teepad.  Don't expect the Judge to give you incredible fade at the end of a hard thrown shot (it actually works excellently for sweeping anhyzers too), but allow high hyzer flips into dead straight lines up to 280-300'.  I use the Blend plastic for everything due to the comfortable feel and release from my hand, but I imagine a Lucid Judge to give that hint more stability that makes you fearless off the pad.  No doubt that that will be my next purchase for sure.

The Judge was my first ever Trilogy disc a few years ago. I had used a friend's a couple of times and finally saw one to grab. I am so glad I did. The Classic Blend was my main putter until the Deputy came out, but I still keep it in the bag for windy days and the occasional turbo putt. I also have a Fluid Judge in my bag for stable putter shots off the tee. For approach shots, I generally go with my Blend Slammer, but I have a mental block about wanting premium plastic off the tee. The Fluid plastic is great for a bit of extra stability. I can put everything into the Fluid Judge off the tee and throw it straight as an arrow with just enough fade and stability at the end to not worry about it turning over. The premium plastic is a little domier than the more base plastic, and the premium plastic makes the bead a little bigger. If you don't like the bead, you can try the Warden. I just have the Judge because of the Fluid plastic that the Warden is seemingly impossible to find in since I think there was just one run of them. If there was ever another run of Fluid Wardens, I would probably switch to it, hence the three stars.

After what seemed like an endless search for the “perfect” putter, I realized there is no such thing. However, the Classic Blend Judge is the closest I’ve found to the perfect disc for me. I normally don't care for beaded putters, but the Judge feels surprisingly comfortable in my hand. The Classic Blend feels quite similar to the Prime plastic, but I find the Classic Blend to be slightly more stable, and marginally less durable. The grip on both plastics are incredible - grippy, yet paradoxically smooth. The stable designation is accurate, but it will still hold a nice anhyzer line when given a bit of speed. I find both plastics make great driving putters, as the hefty glide allows for smooth sailing, but I typically avoid driving with either in a headwind.

I also have a Fuzion Judge and a Lucid Judge that didn’t end up making my bag. I like the feel of the lucid plastic and it works great as a putter, but I find it less predictable as a driving putter, and I still prefer the grippy nature of the Prime or Classic Blend for all purposes. My Fuzion Judge is quite unpredictable, and the gummy plastic is noticeably less stable than the other plastics mentioned above.

There is one putter in particular that I find very similar to the Classic Blend Judge in both feel and flight, and it’s the Latitude 64 Zero Medium Dagger. The Dagger is a little more stable than the Judge, but I would highly recommend either to anyone who wants a stable, all-purpose, predictable putter with lots of glide.

I was looking for a new putter after using wizards for a while and decided to try the judge after reading all the reviews. When I first got it i liked the feel of the classic blend plastic, but the shape didn't feel right in my hand. The wizard has a deeper rim, larger bead and higher dome which makes it feel smaller compared to the judge for me, almost like one is a baseball and one is softball if that makes sense.

Never the less I gave the judge a fair chance and practiced putting with it for a while but it just wasn't what i was looking for, eventually I switched to a Latitude 64 pure for putting.

The reason I like the judge is because compared to the 15 other different putters I have the glide is amazing! I never liked driving with a putter and usually went with a roc3 for short holes, and I already have a few solid approach putters I feel confident with like the axiom envy and mvp ion. But after the ion wore out I decided to try the judge in its place since it glides so well and can hold a annhyzer line decently. From 40-80 ft the judge is deadly accurate because it doesn't feel like it takes as much effort to get there as other putters. And because the disc feels larger in my hand but has a shallower rim I feel confident driving with it off the tee pad almost like its my roc3.

Basically if your looking for a flat putter with a small bead, that doesn't have a deep rim and can float for days then the judge is a solid choice.

I've tried several Judges over time, and nothing compares to the Classic Blend Bar Stamp Judge. In my opinion, this is a Mercy with a bead. I attended GBO and had the pleasure of putting with these in the putting competition (which I won the AM bracket), and I liked them so much I made the switch completely afterward. I still throw the Mercy, because it's slightly less stable. I love the Judge, because it is always consistent. If I mess up my putt it's on me. It has a clean release, and it can be used as a throwing putter, putting putter, flick, etc. I've had more throw ins and chain outs from upshots than ever with this disc.

If you prefer beaded, the judge is the way to go. Been playing for 1.5 yrs. I've tried at least 25 different putters in that time. I think I've finally found the one in the Judge.

Prefer Classic Blend. It seems stiff at first but it breaks in quickly for a great in between. Keep a hard and super soft in the bag as well tho.

175G Classic Blend Judge: This has become my main upshot and short drive putter. It has a amazing slightly overstable flight path. It gets the job done almost every time. Likes to hold the line you put it on. It is also sneaky long. I can put mine at 300' and a little farther on a good day.

Best putter I have ever used, blend plastic is super grippy.  I used this disc for the first time in the fall at a DD 2 disc doubles event, has great stability we had 35 mph winds on this day and me and my partner were still able to shoot 13 down.  I switched to this putter immediately and have loved it ever since. I absolutely love the Judge. The Judge was the first putter I could rely on to go in. I use Classic Blend Judges for all of my putts and I even use a Classic Blend Judge for short upshots or short drives. As a throwing putter the Judge flys very straight with minimal fade. I love the shallow rim because it allows control for putts and upshots alike. I highly suggest the Classic Blend Judge to anyone who is looking for  a reliable  all around putter.

I would compare the Judge to be like a Wizard, but with more glide and less fade. I have been able to drive this disc straighter than any other disc I have ever thrown. After only 2 rounds with the Judge it has become my go to for approaches and putts outside the circle. I got it in the Classic Blend, which felt similar to my eraser wizards when they were brand new. I would recommend the Judge to just about anyone. It is an excellent all around putter, good for drives, approaches and putts.

The judge is one of those discs that you pick up for one thing and learn over time that it has a multitude of different flights and options. I originally started putting with the blend judge and it was just so grippy and deadly accurate. As I searched for a driving putter I experimented with a ton of other discs. The warden, MVPs atom, and numerous others were all in contention. I had ruled out the judge due to its fairly large bead without even trying it. Boy was I wrong about that. I now have a blend judge for straight to understable drives and a prime for a more stable line. Definitely a disc I wont be taking out of my bag any time soon. Dependable putter, approach disc and driver.

I just finished my first round with my Classic Blend (175g) Judge and I am remarkably happy with this disc. For my preferences this is the plastic I have been looking for, pseudo-tacky but the disc itself is still nice and rigid. Disc seemed to fly straight for anything <20ft and had just a touch of real predictable fade for me out from there. No chain outs that I would blame on the disc and it seemed to do exactly what I asked of it each time...can't really ask anything more from a disc than that.

Very awesome putter. Feels similar to a Gateway Wizard without the inconsistency of buying it in the store (Gateway users know what I mean). I have used it from the beginning and love it. I have a classic blend, which is a grippy plastic that is slightly softer than the classic that is my go to. I have a classic soft for ticky upshots where I really dont want my disc to roll. and I have a fluid for when I need a controlled drive. Do yourself a favor and dont buy the fluids for putting. Go straight to one of the classics. Honestly a great disc.

I was using zero medium Pure from lat 64 for putting and don't get me wrong Pure is one of the best putters out there. I used it for two years. However, I felt that Pure was not hitting the chains hard enough I mean I was not getting the heavy hits on the chain and for that reason I was getting some slips away or spit outs. I also wanted slightly overstable putter. I researched a lot and found Judge is the perfect disc for me. I can't be more happier with my putts. It hits the chain heavily than Pure and it does have slight hyzer finish from over 30 ft or so, even though it's a straight putting disc. I still use Opto pure as my driving putter because it gives the dead straight line that no other putter has ever given to me. I will still use Pure as my driving putter but Judge is my new putting putter.

The Dynamic Discs Judge in Classic Blend (174g) plastic is a great putting putter that can also handle some speed and won't disappoint as a throwing putter.  I personally like the Classic Blend plastic as a nice in-between the Classic Soft and the Classic plastics.  Don't even get me started on the the Classic Super-Soft plastic, that is way too gummy for me, but that is just my personal opinion.

I have gone back and forth between using my Judge and my Discraft Soft Magnet, I really do like the Judge, but I just seem to make more putts using my Soft Magnet... So I am currently using the soft magnet :)

I would recommend the Judge as a good all-around putter to put in anyone's bag.  I still toss my Judge frequently and will continue to use it when I can.  Plus, I know if my Soft Magnet suddenly loses its "magic," I have a great reliable second putter to pop in the bag without any hesitation.

I have been playing for a couple of years but am by no means great - yet. It's a work in progress. I have gone through an evolution of putters in this time span and have found may others go through a very similar evolution. I started out with an Innova starter pack and of course threw an Aviar while easing in as a beginner. Once I knew that I was hooked on Disc Golf I started digging around and testing other putters.

Once I threw a Wizard my putting efficiency increased greatly. I never thought it could be replaced. As my putting got better - hitting about 80% within 20-25ft, I found my edge of circle putts 30ft+ started falling horribly short and I was having trouble with clean releases on longer putts with the Wizard.

So naturally I started buying more plastic in hopes that it was not my mechanics and I could blame plastic for my ugly long putts. While I realize that reasoning is unsound, I think a lot of us do it and it is a good opportunity to play around with new plastic.

There was a lot of hype surrounding the Judge, so I gave it a shot. It just plain flew better and longer and straighter than my wizard on putts. Not a knock on the Wizard, it just fit the need of my putt style perfectly (SPUSH - spin/push hybrid). The Judge had a low profile that ended my release issues, it seemed to have better glide without sacrificing stability, and I just plain like a beaded putter better. If you cant stand the bead, try the Warden - it is basically a bead-less judge but I have never thrown one and you'll have to find out on your own on that disc.

I personally love the classic blend plastic because it is a happy medium between soft and hard as well as being nice and grippy.

Overall, I think the Judge is a fantastic disc and lives up to the hype. If you are a push or spush putter and you find yourself falling short on long putts, I highly recommend this disc.

The Judge was a pretty solid putter when I could figure it out. It has a decent amount of glide with a dependable finish. I liked this disc a lot more as an upshot disc than a putter, but that is probably because I don't prefer a beaded putter.

The Judge does not have a good feel in the hand for me. I could hardly get a good release point when trying for anything outside of 20 feet. That being said, I wouldn't let my low review turn you away from trying out the Judge. Other than not liking the feel in my hand, I believe it is a pretty solid putter.

The Judge is my putter of choice, it has been for just about two years now. I have two Judges for putting, and putting only. A Lucid Judge is a great choice for straight, stable shots up to 225 feet.

The depth and feel of the rim are great. The bead fits right in the finger. The Classic Blend plastic is absolutely perfect for me. It's firm but has a tacky feel to it, if thats your thing. If it gets really hot, the Classic plastic is a choice for a cleaner release. When released flat, it flies flat, great for aiming at the pole and letting it go. When released on a hyzer, it hyzers. For long putts, when released with an anhyzer, it will fight to flat and glide out. Stable enough that it won't turn on you for longer putts. It won't jump up and glide away, but it will hold its line to glide over the cage.

If you don't like a bead, the Warden is the same disc without a bead, which I have in my bag. I use the Warden for long putts that need more glide as well as anny putts and short upshots that I need to sit and stick where they land. But anything inside 40 feet, a Judge is in my hands.

I had a "gap" in my putting:  from 22-23 feet and closer, I could throw just about any putter or other disc into the chains.  And from 35-40 feet and beyond, I throw an approach shot with an Aviar or a midrange disc using a four-fingered power grip.  Between that, an approach would go too far, and/or around the basket to the right, and I simply did not have the arm strength to simply throw it from my arm and shoulder forward while standing still (I'm a "seasoned citizen" and have long noodle arms with no power in them).  I was consistently hitting the "chastity belt" (basket itself) or coming up short.

I read the reviews of the Judge and Warden here in Infinite Discs, so when a friend in my group who is a Dynamic Discs fanatic had a Judge, I asked to throw it at the practice basket.  I really liked it, but forgot to find out what plastic he had, so I got one for myself in Classic Blend at 174g.  The feel is interesting:  some call it "chalky" and it's not quite that to me.  Felt like relatively slick (Innova) XT plastic, if that makes sense.

But feel is only so much, and it was the performance that I really liked:  It is true to it's "4" glide rating, and that extra bit of glide has really allowed me to throw 25-35 foot putts right into the chains with my normal putting stroke.  A very slight bit of anny on the longer putts (over 35 feet) was putting the Judge "steel on target" (a little Artillery lingo, there).

Did not yet get to throw longer shots off the tee, and will post back when I do so.  Shots from about 50-75 feet out were showing a little bit of fade at the end, but in the overall the Judge flies straight, comes smoothly out of my hand, and is very likely to be my main putting weapon going forward.

This is my favorite putter. I switched to the Judge last year, and haven't looked back since! It is a very true disc, doing exactly what you ask of it. It's got enough glide to make the longer putts, while still being a great putter from within the circle. It has a slightly over stable flight pattern, which I find beneficial when putting!

The Judge has become my go to putter. Great feel in your hand, easy to throw off the tee or for an approach shot. Consistent flight path on all putts. Must have in your bag.

Love this disc. Great feel on the plastics. Holds whatever line you put it on. The only reason I am not carrying them in my bag is because I already have 6 Anodes and I love them just a little bit more because the larger rim fits better in my hand.
