The Dynamic Discs Judge was an instant success in the Dynamic Discs line. This is a stable go-to putter with a large bead and an ultra-straight flight path. It is one of the top selling disc golf putters and works well for both putts and approach shots.

Reviewing in lucid plastic- one of my all time favorite throwing putters. Nice and comfortable in the hand. The bead makes for a smooth feel as opposed to sharp edged beadless putters. As far as the flight goes, the judge is pretty hard to beat for reliability and accuracy. It's stable, but not beefy. It's slow, but power and distance friendly. Overall just a rock solid go to throwing putter

A preferred thrower and upshot disc. This one doesn't handle much torque on a forehand release and requires and bit more touch and finesse. But on a backhand it will hold any line you put it on, ride it out, and sit where it lands. Love to use it for anny approaches where I need that backhand to get right and sit.

One of the best throwing putters in all of disc golf!

I used Classic Blend Judges for putting for a long while, but recently moved to Classic Blend Emac Judges. But all of my throwing putters remain the good ol' Judge!

I've personally witnessed several Judge aces. And this is a fantastic throwing putter that you really can utilize in a variety of plastics! Lucid, Fuzion, Prime Burst, you name it!

Extreme glide on this putter. It makes for easy long putts and even approaches. Very easy to putt with and is my go-to putter.

I am rating the Lucid version, but I actually have the Lucid X Chameleon. That version wasn't available to choose for review. First of all.. I LOVE THE LOOK OF THIS DISC! It's shimmery and even changes color depending on the angle you look at it. Mine goes from turquoise to purple to blue. It's simply beautiful!

I putt with the Classic Blend Judge, but wanted a Judge I could throw from the tee pad that wouldn't get beat up so quickly. That's why I went with this Lucid-X Chameleon. It does seem to be slightly more stable, but that's ok with me. So far, it's been a great addition to my bag, and I'll even put with it if I'm going straight into the wind, due to the fact it's slightly more stable.

I would highly recommend this disc as a throwing putter or If I'm to be honest, just to keep and look at or show off to your friends. It's my favorite disc thus far that I have owned (based on looks alone).

    1. This is my go to throwing putter. It flies dead on line with which ever line I throw. This disc has a spot in my bag and in my heart.

My first putter was a Big-Z Roach and I really liked it but I’m glad I found the Judge! I only have one Judge (Lucid plastic) and it inspires great confidence in me whenever I grab it. Holding it with a power grip just feels so natural and the release is always so clean for me. I grab this disc for all putts and all upshots within 200’. With a nice flat release, this disc will glide really nicely before gently fading to the ground which makes it ideal for open shots to the basket where you can let the disc slowly die down. My favorite part about this disc is definitely the plastic. The grip, the feel, the softness yet good durability, it’s all great.

Great putter with tons of glide. Works great as an upshot disc as well as in the circle.

Lucid X-Out 175 x4, Hybrid Lucid 176, Fluid 171. After messing around with different putters like the MVP Ion, Gateway Magic, Innova Rhyno, I have finally found a putter I decided to stick with and make it my only one. From going through all those putters I found that I like a beaded putter, that is just personal preference (DD Warden is a beadless Judge). But the Judge has a very consistant flight line, good in windy putts and has a solid release out of the hand. All 5 lucids are my putter putters and only used for putting but the Fluid is my go to upshot disc and the putter I tee off with. My buddy uses this to and who is the person who showed me the Judge. Recommend for anybody on any level of playing.

This disc has lopped strokes off my game! I throw something between a spin and a push putt and had a lot of trouble with consistency of my putts - until I traded for a Lucid Judge. I almost didn't realize how good this putter was as it came out of my hand so effortlessly it felt unnatural. I decided to use it as my only putter one round, fell in love with it, and I haven't looked back. I was using a Rhyno as my putter and had issues with chaining out on the right side. The Judge sticks in the chains much better than the Rhyno. I am hitting putts from further away than any other putter I've used, probably due to the extra glide this disc offers. Off the tee, it feels good with a power grip and I attain about 200-220 ft accurately on a backhand (I primarily forehand), with a very slight, predictable fade at the end. I'd recommend this putter to anyone who throws a putter with a bead or if you're new to the sport. This disc will not let you down

After getting a Classic Blend Judge (see my review of that below), I threw it off the tee once time and liked the long, straight flight.  But I did not want to abuse my Classic Blend plastic putting putter with shots in the woods, long upshots and tee shots.  When I came across a 174g Judge in near-indestructo Lucid plastic, I knew I had my answer.

The Lucid Judge has the same great putting qualities of the Judge mold, but for me it's great on upshots.  I put one shot right in the chains from 70 feet out during my first round using it, and if it isn't going into the chains it's parking right around the basket for the easy up-and-down.

So I use my Classic Blend Judge to putt with my putting stroke up to about 35 feet out, and the Lucid Judge for longer throws.  The Judge is IMHO the best putting mold one can buy, and that "4" glide is that little bit "extra" that is lowering my scores.

Lucids are my throwers, and classic blend for the putts. I attained a classic warden and i find that the Judge comes out of the hand more consistant.
