I really enjoy pairing this disc with my Lunas. The shallow profile sits very comfortable in the hand for backhand shots. I enjoy how much of a straight flying disc this is, even with full power shots off of the tee. Using the Roach for long turnover shots or soft landing tunnel shots has been very fun for me. I took away one star because I don't find this very comfortable for forehands, but it can shot shape well enough that I don't see myself taking it out of the bag anytime soon.

When I started playing I tried the Aviar and the Judge and immediately fell in love with the Judge. The Roach replaced it immediately. It just feels better, it throws almost the same, but the plastic is sturdier and I prefer the beadless feel. Can't recommend it enough.

I think everyone should try the Glo Roach for an extremely straight flying driving putter. I started using one about 2 months ago and haven't even thought about taking it out of my bag. It's listed as a speed 2 disc but I can rip on it and it will stay straight and still land soft, it will even hold a turn if you need to bend it around some corners. all in all, just give it a try.

    Bro-D Roach/Soft Roach/Jawbreaker Roach

The Roach is/was my go-to beadless putting putter.  Every time I would get lured away I would find myself putting the best with the roach (Bro-D).  It would always hang in the air longer and make a good run at the basket. I would say it has a higher than avg glide which is why I gave it a 5.  One of the best putters on the market.

I don't really like to drive with it as I use a Mako3, or a streamline Pilot, for straight shots.  As others have mentioned it can flip easily.

The Bro-D is just baseline plastic with that cheap old-school plastic feel - nothing wrong with it but other manufacturers have better plastics.  The Soft Roach was fun to try but as I kind of lift and spin, it gave an inconsistent release.  I have soft putters bounce out of the chains more and the benefit of it not rolling away is like getting a great putter for missing shots with. I would rather just make the putt. Jawbreaker was the best feeling disc, but I still have the Bro-D as the main.
