I have a lighter Starlite Mamba, about 151 grams. I would like to try a heavier one, soon. I have found the best use for this disc is uphill drives. I throw RHBH. Big arms definitely will flip this. For my weak arm this disc goes right, then straightens out a LONG way and fades a little. I believe it should be rated faster than 11. I have thrown a few of my very longest drives with it, but it is touchy. I'm not sure it is exactly beginner friendly. I carry it in the bag if I am playing a course with uphill drives, otherwise I don't use it much.
