The fourth putter in the Prodigy line is described as “the straightest flying” prodigy putter. The PA3 is a beaded putter, meaning there is a small bump around the edge of the bottom rim. Many disc golfers find putters with beaded rims to provide a more comfortable grip.

I've been playing disc golf for about 10 years now, and the Prodigy PA-3 has been my go-to putting putter for the last 5. I've cycled through a lot of different putters over the years, but the PA-3 is the one that I keep coming back to. I love the feel of the bead in my hand, which gives me a consistent release every time. I putt with a spin putt, and the PA-3 holds the line really well. It has a nice, gentle fade at the end of the flight that helps it drop into the basket.

I also like that the PA-3 doesn't glide too much. I've had problems with putters that are too glidey, because they tend to sail past the basket if I miss. The PA-3 has just the right amount of glide for me.

I've been using the PA-3 in 300 plastic, and it's been great. It's grippy enough to hold onto, but not so grippy that it sticks to my hand. I've also heard good things about the 400 and 750 plastic, so I might try those in the future.

Overall, I'm very happy with the Prodigy PA-3. It's a great putter for beginners and experienced players alike. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a consistent and reliable putter.

Best putter out there. These changed my game. I've putt with P2's, Judge, and Luna's. Perfect amount of glide and stability. The 300 soft plastic also lets me be aggressive knowing it's going to sit quick when it hits the ground.

-Reviewing in 300 soft plastic- this plastic definitely has the straightest flight and the highest glide of all the plastics that it comes in, and it is my favorite. The grip in the soft plastic is of course great too. I prefer the soft plastic as firm as possible, since it will get floppier in the heat. If you have tried this putter in other plastics and you liked it but struggled with it in cold temperatures and what not, the soft plastic is definitely worth a try!

Anyone serious about push putting would do well to give the PA-3 a look. I did, and my putting improved.

Good for flat or uphill approaches. Also good for putter shots off the tee.

Do not use this disc for downhill approach shots. It will carry on you.

it flies very straight and this 300 soft plastic feels great.   seems to have slightly less glide than the maiden.

Picked up one of these as my first putter. As a new player I have found myself going to this disc for approach shots and ended up picking up a few different variations in different plastics. The 300 soft sticks to the chains, many times throwing another disc from the same spot and ending up bouncing out. Definitley my go to putter and getting some much better range out of it being able take advantage of it as an approach disc (~175-200ft).  I love how stable it is and like being able to park this thing on a dime!

The PA-3 is my go to putter after a long search for the "perfect" putter. While I will occasionally use my 350G plastic PA-3's as short approach discs, I use the 300 soft plastic PA-3 almost exclusively for Circle 1X putting, primarily for it's controlability and comfortability in my hand.

I am a firm believer that one of the most important aspects of a putter is how it feels in your hand. It was very difficult to find a "soft" plastic that was soft to the touch, but firm when coming out of my hand on the release. In addition, a subtle but firm bead on the bottom fits my finger perfectly, giving an added level of control. I have longer fingers, so this putter is the perfect depth for me, but may feel a little too deep for others. Regardless, it still feels comfortable for most who have held mine.

My only "complaint" for this putter is that the plastic on the underside of the putter is very slick to the touch before it get's broken in. This is an interesting feel, and took a bit of time to get used to.

TL;DR - if you are looking for a stable, straight, slightly beaded putter that feels great coming out of your hand, but has a forgiving soft plastic, this is the putter for you
