The Prodigy F7 is a very understable fairway driver that is great for beginners. This medium-speed driver is available in Prodigy’s 400 series plastic and utilizes Easy Release technology. Prodigy recommends this disc for recreational players, turnover shots, and rollers.

Please note that the F7 was originally released as a 7 speed disc, but in 2023 Prodigy updated the numbers to reflect what they felt was a more accurate flight.  There was not a physical change to the mold, but that's why there may be differences in the numbers stamped on the disc.

    200 X-Out Details

This is the X-Out version of Prodigy's 200 Series plastic. This versatile plastic is great for entry level players looking to get into the game, as well as advanced & professional players who love to fine tune their discs by working them in just the way they like. The feel of this plastic brings a new dimension to the Prodigy line-up. Similar to 300 Series plastic, but with less grip, the 200 Series plastic stands on its own.

176 gram Prodigy F7 200 plastic. 200 plastic feels pretty decent for a base plastic but is not the most durable. The price was also great, $6 for a X-out on sale. The flight of the F7 was not as great as the price. It was very touchy and far more under stable than the numbers suggest. Even with a massive amount of hyzer it wants to flip up then turn over immediately. Maybe it is a smoother easier to control disc in a different plastic but not in 200 plastic.
