The F1 is the most overstable of the Prodigy fairway drivers. This disc is currently available in the quality series 400 plastic, and utilizes Prodigy’s easy release technology. Prodigy describes the F1 as a “medium speed, significantly overstable fairway driver with predictable controllable flights.” This new disc will excel in all wind conditions and will work well for overhand tomahawk and thumber throws.

I use this as my overstable driver ( I play at 5000' in Colorado).  I don't have crazy arm speed so this disk flies straight for me with a predictable fade at the end and doesn't immedately hook left out of the hand like some of the other overstable drivers I've used. I find that it's also good for me into the wind.  I like Prodigy's F series of drivers and also have the F3 and F7 as well as some Latitude 64 stuff mixed in. 7 speed drivers are the workhorses of my bag and I use them a lot as 7 to 9 speed drivers favor my arm speed. The only gripe I have about this disc is that there are some definite mold lines in the 400G plastic that are noticealble in the hand and could be annoying for some folks. This is the only Prodigy disc I have that I notice that. I have other control drivers, midranges, and putters in different plastics (400, 400 air, 750, duraflex) that are perfectly smooth in the hand.

A predictably overstable fairway driver, more in the vein of a slower FD3 than an eagle. Consider this to fill your overstable fairway slot if you prefer slower speed than FD3/Firebird. It has a high and flat flight plate reminiscent of the feel of Firebirds.

i have been slowly falling in love with this disc flight numbers are pretty close and even though the disc is a speed 7 it can still hold up to some pretty good power and will not turn over it will flip up and give decent distance before its nice reliable fade takes over overall real good disc

This disc is like Innova's Eagle, but for me just feels better and that can make the difference in which disc makes your bag or not. This disc is great for when you need fade and don't want to hope it will fade. For me it will flip to flat and then fade out on straight shots. You can also use it in a head wind or a spike hyzer.

Had this disk in my bag for about a month. it was very difficult to predict at first and I didn't have much success. However, now that it is broken in, it is my most used disk. The flight path is so reliable, I find it hard not to at least park it, if not hit basket or chains.

I have had this disc in my bag for a couple of weeks now. This disc has become my go-to fairway driver in most scenarios. While this disc is fairly overstable, the speed still makes it easy to throw backhand. This disc is also very good for forehand shots. I'll use the F1 for shorter forehands off the tee, usually between 250' and 300' depending on wind conditions. The speed of the F1 allows me to put a little more into my forehand, causing the disc to flip to straight before a strong fade. This filled a pretty large hole in my bag that my stable teebird never really filled. This is one of the first, if not the first, fairway driver I've ever been able to throw both backhand and forehand accurately. This is one of the more underrated Prodigy discs in my opinion.
