The Sapphire is a distance driver designed for Latitude 64's Easy-to-Use Line. It's light, fast, and yet still easy to grip and control. The Sapphire is the perfect partner to the extremely popular Diamond, a fairway driver that has been embraced by many young players, or those with slower arm speeds. With the Sapphire, players can add extra speed and stability in their disc arsenal. It has a slim profile for smooth releases, and it is easy to get a good grip, especially for those of you with smaller hands.

This disc is flippier than I imagined, but doesn't seem to dump. Overall, I believe it is a great gateway into distance drivers. Staying objective this disc is great. I have it to let friends use when they are moving up from typical 7 speed fairways. I believe it is a good transition and can help teach some angle control (obviously not as much as putters/midranges but it is more showing than most distance drivers that I have thrown). Once the arm speed is up this becomes a solid hyzer flip to turn disc and holds a nice turn for a long distance.

I have a couple of Sapphires, and they are money. In heavier weights, they are really consistent and straight. Even at lighter weights though, they are amazing. More stable than they advertise, and really comfortable to throw.

This Sapphire is a great disc that flies stable and it is light weight. It can be heavy at times, but the disc could sometimes fade a little bit quicker when thrown Anhyzer, but it is still a good disc. Latitude should be chosen for the common company cause of how good they make the greatest distance driver; better than a Discraft Force and a Innova destroyer. The Sapphire is great
