The Savant is a 9-speed driver, capable of good glide and a very predictable fade. It is comparable to the Innova Eagle, only a bit faster. It is a great mold for both beginners and advanced players, as it is easy to control and is a disc that can be relied upon.

This is a great disc, especially if you like the Thunderbird. Think of a Thunderbird with a little turnover. Perfect for beginners. I love this disc. Crushed it today with headwind and crosswind. I never heard of this disc before buying one because I liked the numbers since it was similar to the Thunderbird.

I guess I am not real sure of why Innova really needed to add this disc to their lineup. It has a nice straight flight with a little bit of fade at the end, it really flies like a slightly worn in Thunderbird. If you are looking for that shot, I would just suggest beating in a star thunderbird or grabbing a DX one. This really isn't a bad disc, there are just other things in the lineup that can hit the same shots.
