I don't have it personally but have thrown it. My buddy used this exclusively as his upshot disc and it works great! Still has some glide but is lower on it and is very stable so it's great forehand or backhand for approaches you want to sit but still be able to toss it a good distance if you need to. 

Champion Glow Rocx3 (180g) - I was pretty late to the Roc party. I didn't have much arm speed when I started playing and most of the local courses are very heavily wooded so overstable discs didn't appeal to me. Now that I've been playing longer, two things have started to make sense; first, I can throw harder and flip overstable discs to flat or flex them. Second, if you just learn how to throw on different angles (like you ought to anyway), overstable discs are super helping in shaping shots. I have been very happy with the Rocx3 for that reason and bag it as a compliment to my Mako3 which is straighter. The Roc has a predictable finish and fairly comfortable grip in my hand. I also like the Champ Glow stuff for dusk/night rounds, plus I think it is a little more grippy than regular champ plastic. I would definitely recommend this version of the Rocx3. 

This disc is the perfect compliment to the Roc3, or kc pro roc. This disc is very flat on the top, has a very comfortable grip, and has that same lovely consistency every time you throw it. This disc is definitely more overstable than a roc3, even the most stable champion glow roc3's which makes it a perfect compliment for when the wind is up or you need just a bit more left movement. Overall this mold holds up into a headwind exceptionally well, and can even be flicked with some consistency. Both the champion and champion glow rocx3s that Ive thrown have been consistent and stable. This is a great disc by innova, and definitely continues with their great roc line up.
